Selma Blair is delivering impressive ballet moves from a beach to mark World M.S. day. The 48-year-old actress, who went public with her multiple sclerosis diagnosis in 2018, today updated her Instagram with another moving update as she continues to battle the degenerative neurological condition. Selma, followed by 2.4 million, shared a breath-taking and ultimately very moving video as she took on The Dying Swan from "Swan Lake" from a rock overlooking shores, and she took under an hour to be called a "warrior." See why below.

Scroll for the video. Selma, who last year revealed she's in "remission" but has equally moved fans by revealing the moment her leg first felt "numb," had updated with powerful music from Alicia Keys. The video showed the "Legally Blonde" star backed by lapping waves in L.A., balancing carefully and showing off impressive leg muscles while in small shorts and a long-sleeved top.

Pointed feet and demi-pointe, plus a flawless classical ballet turnout brought on a performance finish, with Selma then taking to her caption.

Taking to her caption, Selma wrote: "On World MS Day, claim all your gains...I'm taking over @msassociation today, head to their page."

Quick to leave a like was "Pearl Harbor" actress Kate Beckinsale, with fans, seemingly very moved, filling the comments section. "Oh beautiful.. I love this SO much!!! Your strength is remarkable in every way!!!" one wrote. Blair, last week spotted trying out a DMX bike in Hollywood Hills, CA, has also been making headlines for sporting her cane like a champ. See it after the video.

Selma, who has been praised for rocking up to the Oscars red carpet with her cane - one that regularly features on her Instagram- recalled the first warning sign of her condition, one that manifested as she had been asked to walk the runway at New York Fashion Week.

"It was on that runway, with the thrill of walking in the show, that I suddenly lost feeling in my left leg," she told the magazine. "But I was on a runway and thinking, What do I do?" she said. More below.

In April, the "Cruel Intentions" star touched fans, largely with her way with words as she spoke to Town & Country Mag. Revealing the power of makeup, the actress mentioned her condition via a small hint, stating:

"If anything moves the needle for me in my life—even before my diagnosis or challenges—it is my gorgeous war paint."

She added, "I don't mind if my muscles get caught at the intersection of a slow brain signal. I just want those words to come from lips covered in Chanel gloss."
