There's a baby situation going on!!!
The "Jersey Shore" family just got a new member, and he is the cutest one yet! Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino and his wife, Lauren announced the birth of their beautiful son, Romeo Reign Sorrentino on Thursday, May 27. The reality star excited shared a series of photos that feature papa, mama, and baby. His "Jersey Shore" castmates were some of the first ones to congratulate the new parents... and the mawmas were especially excited!

Mommy and daddy have been prepping for this moment and even created social media accounts ahead of Romeo's birth. The newborn's account, which already has 435K followers, revealed that Lauren gave birth on May 26. The little guy weighs 6lbs 8oz and is 10 inches.
JWoww was one of the first to send love. "I’m so happy!!!!!" she commented on Mike's post, while Snooki wrote, "Welcome to my fam my gorgeous nephew!!! So so so exciting for you my besties! God bless and welcome to my parent club!!!! ???"
Pauly D left heart emojis and said, "Welcome to the family Romeo!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️ can’t wait to meet ya ????." Ronnie Ortiz-Magro had a little fun with The Situation in the comments. "Congratulations brother send my love to Laurenzz!!! So happy he looks like Laurenz and not you ??? miss you bro!!!" he joked.
Mike even got in on the fun and commented, "I’m not crying you are ? ??," on Lauren's post!

The Sorrentino's announced that they were expecting on social media in November with a kitchen picture that had" Baby Sorrentino May 2021" written in flour... of course, they included their dog, Mosley. They revealed it was a boy the following month.
Mike has been very open about how much becoming a father means to him. The 38-year-old has had substance abuse issues in the past, and he praised AA for helping him during times of need. He has since teamed up with rehab programs to help others and said it was crucial. "Now more than ever, as I am about to bring a little man into this world, I want to help create a world where people are not ashamed to get the help they need," he wrote in March.
He seems to be on the right path, and we are happy mommy and baby and healthy and happy! Congrats!
