Former "Glee" star Heather Morris is breaking her silence on why she thinks no one reported Lea Michele’s awful behavior.

Lea Michele’s ‘diva behavior’ might’ve been one of the best-kept secrets in Hollywood, until June 2020.

Lea is famously known for portraying the role of Rachel Berry on Fox’s hit show, ‘Glee,’ which ran for six seasons from 2009 to 2015.

Her rotten behavior came to light last June after her co-star Samantha Ware exposed the truth about working with her.

It all started after Lea posted in support of the Black Lives Matter movement and George Floyd.

In a since deleted tweet Lea wrote, “George Floyd did not deserve this. This is not an isolated incident and it must end. #BlackLivesMatter”

Samantha responded to Lea’s tweet, writing, “LMAO REMEMBER WHEN YOU MADE MY FIRST TELEVISION GIG A LIVING HELL?!?! CAUSE I'LL NEVER FORGET. I BELIEVE YOU TOLD EVERYONE THAT IF YOU HAD THE OPPORTUNITY YOU WOULD “SHIT IN MY WIG!” AMONGST OTHER TRAUMATIC MICROAGGRESSIONS THAT MADE ME QUESTION A CAREER IN HOLLYWOOD.”

This opened the floodgates for more of Lea’s former co-stars and colleagues to reveal their truth about her.

An industry source who had also worked with Lea revealed, “Lea was a bitch to a lot of people who are now taking the opportunity to come forward. She may not be the nicest person, but she’s not racist, sexist or transphobic. I would say she has behavioral issues that she’s dealing with.”

At the time of this news coming out, Lea was about seven months pregnant and was taking the necessary steps to make amends with her former co-stars.

Almost a year later and the buzz of Lea’s nasty behavior is still a topic of conversation, and former ‘Glee’ co-star Heather Morris is speaking out.

Heather, who played Brittany Pierce on all six seasons of the show, recently caught up with the podcast, “Everything Iconic with Danny Pelligrino.”

During her Wednesday appearance she opened up about her time on the show and why cast members were too afraid to report her

“It's like, we absolutely could have stepped up and gone to the Fox execs and said how we felt about the situation and nobody really did. So now we are living in a culture where it's acceptable to go do things like that, whereas I think many people were very scared,” Heather revealed.

She continued, "I know, genuinely, I didn't feel like it was my place and I don't know why, because I was a cast member just like everybody else, and we all deserve to feel comfortable on a set."

Heather actually received a bit of backlash in 2020 after saying Lea Michele was “unpleasant” to work with.

On June 3, 2020 Heather tweeted, “Let me be very clear, Hate is a disease in America that we are trying to cure, so I would never wish for hate to be spread to anyone else. With that said, was she unpleasant to work with? Very much so; for Lea to treat others with the disrespect that she did for as long as she did, I believe she SHOULD be called out."

Heather did mention that despite Lea's awful behavior, the targets of her behavior should have done more to make it known.

Her tweet continued, "And yet, it’s also on us because we allow it to go on for so long without speaking out is somewhere else we’re learning along with the rest of society.”

This tweet led many fans to call her out.

“People were like, ‘This is so f—ing cryptic,’ like, ‘Why don’t you just go and say it?' I’m like, ‘Guys, she’s pregnant, and all this stuff is going around, and… it’s true’ — and I don’t know if maybe we were victims of bullying and that’s a typical victim thing to do is to blame yourself,” said Heather.

The only person Heather recalls being honest about Lea’s behavior was the late Naya Rivera.
