Jana Kramer's Husband Makes 'TMI' NSFW Confession About Their Sex Life

Allan Russell isn’t holding anything back when it comes to his bedroom confessions, and his wife, Jana Kramer, seems to be here for it.
The couple tied the knot in July and share a one-year-old son, Roman, and have remained in the public eye ever since, thanks to their raw honesty and openness.
Jana Kramer is also mom to daughter Jolie, 8, and son Jace, 6, from her previous marriage to ex-NFL player Mike Caussin.
Allan Russell Leaves Nothing To The Imagination In Candid Sex Talk With Jana Kramer

On the latest episode of her "Whine Down" podcast, the "One Tree Hill" alum and her husband, Scottish former soccer pro Allan Russell, got very candid about their sex life, and it didn’t take long for things to get intimate.
“Since I met Jana and we’ve subsequently gotten married and had a baby and stuff, there’s no point, and I can be really honest in this. There’s no point where I actually feel like masturbating,” Russell admitted. “We have, what I think, is a healthy sex life.”
He didn’t stop there. Russell went on to describe their connection as filled with “essential and physical moments,” adding that he prefers making love to his wife rather than being alone with his thoughts (or his hands.)
“So there’s a part of me [that] is like, I know it’s going to come, so I’m not going to ruin it by doing what I need to do selfishly for myself to then diminish or ruin the thing that we have together,” he explained. “Therefore, I just don’t feel like doing it because I would rather have her than go into the bathroom or whatever it is and masturbate.”
Jana took it in stride, responding, “I don’t hate that answer.”
Russell even acknowledged his habits before their relationship began, saying, “When I was single, I would masturbate a lot, but now I don’t feel like it.”
Fans Cringe At The NSFW Confession

After hearing the confession, many weren't sure how exactly to react.
"Trashy people," one user said. "TMI."
"I don't know what to do with that information," another wrote.
"He sounds really immature," a third chimed in.
This Isn’t Allan Russell’s First Podcast Bombshell

If this feels like TMI territory, it’s not the first time Russell has gone full unfiltered on "Whine Down."
Back in December, he stirred headlines when he admitted he’d never be okay with his wife doing steamy sex scenes onscreen, even if it meant missing out on a dream role. “There’s not part of me that will ever, ever, ever allow that, ever, for a man to be that close to you like that,” Allan said bluntly during a conversation about the "Yellowstone" series and its love scenes.
Jana pressed him on whether he’d feel differently if she landed a role on a major hit like "Yellowstone." His answer? Still no.
“I’ll be, like, phoning the producers and threatening the producers. ‘You need to change that scene. For the good of your health, you need to change this scene,’” he warned.
Russell explained his position by flipping the script. “Can you imagine that we’re both actors in a situation where I’ve stripped this woman naked and I start to go down on her? How would you like that, babe?”
In an Instagram Stories teasing the podcast episode, Russell called it a “hot and steamy discussion about a hot and steamy role” as Jana snuggled their baby boy, Roman, in the background.
Allan Russell Says He’d 'Never Allow' Jana Kramer To Film Steamy Scenes

But that's not all because back on the December 8 episode of "Whine Down," the couple found themselves in another heated, and highly public, discussion, this time about "Yellowstone" and whether Kramer would ever take on a steamy on-screen role like the ones portrayed in the hit drama.
Referencing a scene between Wes Bentley and Dawn Olivieri’s characters, Russell made it clear that that type of acting is off the table.
“There's not part of me that will ever, ever, ever allow that, ever, for a man to be that close to you like that,” he declared. “Never.”
When Kramer pushed back, wondering what would happen if "Yellowstone" creator Taylor Sheridan offered her the role, Russell doubled down.
“Then I will go Tommy Lee on everyone,” he joked. “I will be phoning the producers and threatening the producers, ‘You need to change that scene. For the good of your health, you need to change this scene.’”
He added firmly, “That’s not good for a marriage… especially as a man who’s not in the acting world. It’s difficult.”
Jana Kramer Clarifies Husband’s Steamy Scene Comments

While the comments were met with mixed reactions from fans, Kramer later clarified the intent behind his words.
In an interview with E! News she said Russell was “joking," and that the two always communicate openly about each other’s careers.
“There’s a conversation with every [job] we take. It’s the same thing with his line of work,” Kramer explained. “I’m not going to do something that is wildly taking my clothes off for no reason. If it is creatively gonna move the needle and it’s important to me for the role, he is so supportive.”
It’s clear the couple isn’t afraid to tackle tough topics, whether it’s what happens in the bedroom or what happens on camera, and they’re choosing to do it all with microphones on.
