"And we don’t always agree," de Lesseps continued.

Although de Lesseps and Williams endured ups and downs during production on the 13th season of "The Real Housewives of New York City" in late 2020, de Lesseps confirmed that things between the two of them ended on a good note.

"You’ll see our relationship grow. So that’s the good news,” she teased.

When asked what led to the end of her relationship with Garth, de Lesseps said that while they had a "great" courtship, things eventually fizzled out.

"It sizzled until it fizzled. He’s got his life. I have mine. And we’re friends, which is good news,” she explained, confirming they have remained on good terms post-split.

De Lesseps then addressed the recent filming of the "Real Housewives: Mashup," which took place in Turks and Caicos weeks ago.

“It was so cool. It was awesome and of course there’s always drama because it’s the 'Housewives' but the fun thing about this show is we break the fourth wall. I don’t know [how the idea came about]. They asked me to do this over a year ago and of course COVID hit and then it was like, ‘We’re never going to go on that trip.’ I was surprised when they said, ‘We’re going.’ I was like, ‘I’m all in.’ And I think it’s going to be totally different from what the housewives feels like,” she teased.

Also during the interview, de Lesseps opened up about her ongoing sobriety struggles, admitting that things were especially hard for her as she remained in quarantine throughout the coronavirus pandemic.

"It’s day by day," she stated. "It’s progress, not perfection. I struggled with it, sure. It’s COVID, everyone’s drinking, a lot. And I’m ultimately much happier when I don’t drink. Those are the things I have to remember when I’m tempted to have a drink. I know where this is going."
