Jessie J is crying tears of joy about her cancer battle.
More than a month after the English singer shocked the world with her breast cancer diagnosis, she now has positive news to share with fans.
The update comes weeks after Jessie took a break from the spotlight to undergo surgery.
Jessie J Declares She Has 'No Cancer Spread'

In an Instagram post, Jessie confirmed to her followers that her surgery yielded great results. "And…I AM OK. Results = I have NO cancer spread. Happy tears are real!" she penned.
The "Flashlight" singer became emotional as she expressed her gratitude to fans for their prayers, love, and positive energy during the tough time.
Alongside the message was a sweet clip of her son, Sky, reciting positive affirmations after his mother. "Say Mommy's gonna be okay," the singer called out to her son, who then repeated it in the cutest voice.
"This video is from the night before my surgery," Jessie explained about the video in the caption. "We called it baby boy." The doting mother then gushed about her two-year-old carrying her through her health battle, writing:
"You are my biggest ray of light, and with you in my life the darkness will never win."
Concluding her post, The Voice UK judge confirmed that the coast wasn't, however, completely clear. "Lots of healing to go and one more surgery to make these cousins look more like sisters," she wrote.
Nevertheless, the singer is basking in "gratitude time" and changing her name to "The LopJess monster."

Since coming clean about her diagnosis, the 37-year-old has been an open book throughout her journey.
Such was the case last month when she gave fans a glimpse of how her surgery went. As The Blast reported, Jessie shared photos and clips just 48 hours after going under the knife.
Defending her choice to be transparent, the songstress revealed, "[red exclamation point emoji] Blood warning [red exclamation point emoji] This post is some of the honest lows and highs of the last 48 hours. I will always show the good and hard bits of any journey I go through."

Prior to her positive update, Jessie had fans confused when her post-surgery manifestation was mistaken as the result. However, she had to clear the air because it was too soon to tell.
Following a post where she declared, "The cancer has all gone," the Critics' Choice Award winner clarified that it was only a manifestation of recovery and not a fact.
"I don't have my results yet. I added the [fingers-crossed emoji] in thinking people would understand, and clearly a lot didn't," she explained. "A weird situation. My fault for not being clearer."
Jessie noted that the earlier post was simply a discussion of the pros and cons of her health journey.
Jessie J Was 'Out Of It' Following Surgery

Before making it out in the clear, Jessie warned fans about the state of her health amid recovery from her mastectomy.
In an Instagram Stories post, the "Bang Bang" songstress revealed she was "a little uncomfortable" as she had quit painkillers, focusing on exercises and rest as her only rehabilitation.
As a result, the 37-year-old advised fans that she may seem "a little out of it" if they run into her in public. "It's not personal. I don't have what l usually have to give energy-wise, understandably. I will get there. It's a slow road. For now, I am taking it easy. Enjoying the slow vibes and staying positive," she added.
