Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers are the latest Hollywood couple heading towards Splitsville!

The pair, whose meeting was an NFSW encounter, have decided to part ways, and Phypers took a step towards that by filing divorce papers from his wife of six years.

The frequency medicine practitioner beelined it to court today, Monday, to officially file for divorce from the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star. In his filing, he expressed that they parted ways due to irreconcilable differences.

According to TMZ, he also listed their official date of separation as July 4. The couple currently has no minor children between them, and Phypers has documented his request for spousal support from his estranged wife.

Richards and Phypers were first spotted together towards the end of 2017, before his divorce from his ex-wife, Nicollette Sheridan, was officially settled. They exchanged their vows at a California wedding in 2018, and by 2019, Richards shared that her husband was adopting her youngest child, Eloise.

During the first season of "Denise Richards & Her Wild Things," the content creator spilled the tea about her first time meeting Phypers, according to Bravo.

Richards revealed that she was a client at his "frequency medicine" clinic, where she noticed his penis in his pants during their consultation. The star noted that Phypers' jeans provided the opportunity for her to get an apparent view of his genitalia.

She added that her sister then encouraged her to ask him out on a date. Richards, however, had other plans, and it was to bond with him on a purely sexual level.

The OnlyFans creator recalled holding back on approaching her now-estranged husband with the offer because it might come across as inappropriate in a professional setting. Moreover, she was a client who enjoyed Phypers' fantastic service provision.

Looks like the now-estranged couple built castles in the air just last month when they vowed that this was going to be their previous marriage, and nothing would separate them.

As seen on PEOPLE, the couple revealed in a confessional on Richards' new Bravo show that, after their 2018 wedding, they both agreed it was best to remove divorce from their future plans.

The OnlyFans creator disclosed that it may become a bit technical living with her, to which Phypers agreed but insisted that ending the marriage was off the table. The estranged couple stated at the time that their worst-case scenario would be living in separate houses. A reality Richards alluded to when she noted that they own four homes due to her renting some at various times in search of privacy.

"So I have three of them. One's an office, one's a studio, one's for Lola and Eloise, and for us to sleep in. And then, when Aaron and I want privacy, we sleep in the studio. So, we're all over the place," she said.

Richards reportedly had high hopes for her "Denise Richards & Her Wild Things" when it launched, aiming to boost her finances alongside her OnlyFans revenue.

A source close to the reality star shared that she initially expected the show to salvage her financial woes, but it performed worse than expected. Richards' decision to drop bits and pieces about her personal life did not help the show's ratings either.

"She really can't understand why the viewers haven't flocked to the show. She really thought it was going to be a slam dunk," the source added. Not only did the show fall short of her expectations, butit also failed to impress Bravo producers compared to other shows on the network.

Another source explained that the big cheques for reality shows do not typically arrive until the second or third season, which may not be worth the patience.

The actress was reportedly shocked by the ruling as their kids had not turned 18 at the time of the judgment. A year later, she opened her OnlyFans account to sort out her finances.
