Trey Parker and his ex-wife, Boogie Tillmon, have settled their divorce after announcing their separation almost two years ago.

As we previously reported, the 'South Park' creator pulled the plug on his marriage back in March of 2019. It seems the two had been working out a settlement for quite a while, as Boogie recently filed a completed judgment package detailing the settlement of their divorce.

The former couple has a prenuptial agreement, which will probably keep much of the financial details of their divorce private. We do know that Trey had previously asked the court to terminate spousal support to his ex-wife, however, it's more than likely that his payments got combined with whatever child support he will pay for the couple's daughter, 7-year-old Betty.

Another key detail of Trey's divorce judgment is the custody agreement that he and Boogie were able to hash out. In his divorce petition, Trey asked for joint custody of his daughter, which was not unexpected.

Since announcing their split, Trey and Boogie have appeared to continue to co-parent very amicably and are regularly seen together on family vacations. It's still unclear what led to the breakup between the two, who had been married since 2014, but they clearly still get along great and have figured out a way to make it work for their family, so kudos to that!

As for the legal process, the next step involves a judge signing off on the divorce settlement, which will determine went the two are officially single.

Trey Parker has had huge success with his hit TV show 'South Park', and well as the popular, award-winning musical 'Book of Mormon'. It's safe to assume that Trey and Boogie enjoyed a comfortable lifestyle while they were married, and their settlement agreement most likely will reflect how Boogie will live in the future.

When Boogie Tillmon responded to Trey Parker's divorce petition, she asked for spousal support, joint custody of their daughter, and stated the reason for their split was irreconcilable differences. Once a judge signs off on Trey and Boogie's divorce settlement, we will know more about specific details like splitting up community property and determining their separate property.

This is Trey's second divorce, as he was previously married to Emma Sugiyama in 2006, in a ceremony officiated by Norman Lear. Trey and Emma divorce two years later.

Just two months ago, Boogie posted a picture of she and Trey on a trip to the mountains and said, "Trip with my Forever Family". Even thought they have chosen to end their marriage, the former couple seem to get along and enjoy family vacations.

It seems Trey and Boogie are committed to co-parenting and were able to hash out the details of their divorce. It will be interesting to see if Boogie gets any money from the residuals of Trey's successful projects!
