Emma Stone Confessed She Had Teen Crush On Leo DiCaprio

Many teens of the late '90s can say that they had a major crush on Leo DiCaprio. That staring role in Titanic made Leo a household name in Hollywood and a favorite of teen magazines. Ultimately this led to many girls hanging posters of him on their walls in those years.

Although she was not a teen yet when Titanic hit theaters Emma Stone confessed that she was one of those teens that crushed over Leo. She recalled in a recent interview that for her DiCaprio was the "love of her life".

The now 32-year-old Stone had recently turned 10 years old when Titanic hit theaters. In a recent interview with the "The Jess Cagle Show", she shared everything about her Titanic obsession. Saying,

"I'd seen Titanic seven and a half times in theaters. He was the love of my life,"

She went on to say that she had gotten a signed poster of Leo that she hung up in her room. She had gotten that poster for her twelfth birthday. Hinting at the fact her crush with Leo went beyond the Titanic years.

Naturally being a huge DiCaprio fan having him present her with an Oscar was a milestone moment in Emma's life. She recalled of the moment,

"I was walking to Leo and I was like, 'This is officially the most surreal moment of my life.' I could not believe it."

She also mentioned that she tries to small talk with Leo when they meet up. Mentioning there's a good chance that the Titanic start thinks she's a little weird. There you go though, stars do get star struck themselves!

By the way that she gushes about her childhood crush, you wouldn't think that Stone is a newly minted mom and married quite recently. She welcomed a daughter with her husband Dave McCary in March.

The fact that she is experiencing motherhood for the first time is not stopping her from getting back to work. Other than talking about crushing on Leo the real reason that she was on the "Jess Cagle Show" in the first place was to promote her upcoming movie Cruella.

Speaking of crushes and marriage Stone talked about a potential romance with her character Cruella for upcoming films.

She mentioned:

"I was shipping Stella and Jasper myself. I think, I mean that his character is so, he really is kind of the heart of everything because he, Jasper is so wise and so sweet."

Stone also had some very kind words for Joel Fry who she co-stars within the film. In short, Stone was truly spreading the love around in this recent interview. So much for playing the bad lady who wants to turn dogs into fur coats!
