The trailer for "Friends: The Reunion" has officially been released, complete with a confirmed May 27 airing date. The 1994-2004 sitcom's six stars, rumored to be paid $2.5 million for an hour of their time as they reunite together back on-screen, have been taking to Instagram to share the trailer, with the likes of 52-year-old Jennifer Aniston and 56-year-old Courteney Cox clocking sky-high views and a massive celebrity response as they posted earlier today. Scroll for the video. While Aniston, going for a Chandler Bing phrase, wrote: "Could we BE any more excited?" former co-star Cox said she felt "blessed." The series, which ran for ten seasons, also co-starred David Schwimmer, Matthew Perry, and Lisa Kudrow, plus Matt LeBlanc. On Thursday, a teaser clip, recreating a group photo made iconic at the end of the series' fifth series, came in video mode.

The video showed all six cast members walking away from the camera and to "I'll Be There For You" by The Rembrandts, the series' official theme tune.

The official "Friends" Instagram, followed by 10.7 million, wrote: "The One Where We Get to See Our Favorites Back Together Again. The #FriendsReunion is coming on May 27 only on @hbomax.."

Meanwhile, Courteney Cox, who boasts the exact same following, updated with the video, writing: "This kind of thing doesn’t happen every year, or even every 10, or 15 years. I feel so blessed to have had a chance to reunite with my Friends... and it was better than ever." See the celeb guest stars after the video!

The reunion, which will take the cast back to Stage 24, the original soundstage in Burbank, CA, is set to bring some of Hollywood's biggest faces, not limited to "Yummy" hit-maker Justin Bieber, supermodel Cindy Crawford, "Bad Romance" singer Lady Gaga, plus soccer star David Beckham and actor Tom Selleck, known for his recurring guest star role as Monica Geller's boyfriend.

Matthew Perry wrote: "We’re back! The #FriendsReunion premieres May 27th on @HBOMax. What are you the most excited about?" More photos below!

Jennifer Aniston's video, clocking over 3.6 million views in under 45 minutes, is now topped by replies from "Big Bang Theory" actress Kaley Cuoco. The 35-year-old sitcom star wrote: "Can't breathe," then returning to write: "I can think about nothing else." The official "Friends" account, meanwhile, replied:

"Janice voice: "OH MY GOD."" Also replying was "Emily in Paris" actress Lily Collins as she said: "Ahhhhhh," with fashion queen Rachel Zoe also sending the thumbs-up. The special had been delayed multiple times due to the global pandemic.
