Katy Perry In Skimpy Bikini Shamed For 'Looking Dumpy' In Italy Boat Photos

Katy Perry turned heads with her bikini body last summer, although sun-drenched photos of the singer did receive mixed reviews. In August 2024, the 40-year-old vacationed in Italy, rubbing shoulders with Amazon boss Jeff Bezos as she soaked up the sun.

Opting for boho accents while rocking a pink fringed bikini, Katy highlighted the weight loss she's still making headlines for, something that provoked a mixed response.

While some commented on the pop star's slimmed-down figure, others indicated that she was looking "dumpy" as they left shaming remarks. Katy had also splashed the cash on a designer bathing suit, rocking a Missoni look.

Rocking Missoni's signature zig-zag prints, the "Woman's World" hitmaker injected multicolor pastels from her swimsuit's bodice, opting for purple, blue, yellow, and white, plus a cute matching skirt forming a dressed-up finish.

Photographed on the water and reported to be with Bezos' fiancée Lauren Sanchez and actor Leonardo DiCaprio, Katy spent the day with her fiancé Orlando Bloom, making it a triple date as Titanic star Leo was joined by girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti. Katy added shades for a glam finish, also wearing her hair down, plus a necklace.

Katy has never admitted to using weight loss drugs, although she is heavily suspected of having used something to slim down so quickly.

Suggesting that Katy has actually gained weight, a further user even wondered if the star might be pregnant. "Pregnant again? Or just inhaling Costco-size bags of potato chips?" the spiteful remark read. Katy and actor Orlando are parents to their only daughter, Daisy.

Another day, another reminder of Katy Perry's transformation. In this photo, the American Idol alum showed off her slim arms and waist in a stylish, sleeveless white top.

The image, which was reposted to an Instagram fan account after Katy's Blue Origin space trip earlier this year, quickly attracted a comment.
