Elijah Blue Allman Hit With Divorce Demands

As part of the divorce filing, Marieangela is seeking the exclusive use of their marital home and a 2017 Toyota Prius V. While she has offered Elijah the option to keep the car by making a one-time payment of $2,000 and agreeing to a monthly spousal support payment of $500 for the vehicle, the demands don't stop there.

She has requested temporary spousal support of $6,000 per month, arguing that the figure reflects their marital standard of living and Elijah's financial capacity. Marieangela also wants the court to terminate Elijah's ability to collect any form of support from her.

In addition, she's asking Elijah to cover $10,000 in legal fees, with a stipulation that he also pay for any additional attorney and expert costs until a final judgment is reached. However, if a settlement is reached beforehand, she has agreed that any unused funds will be reimbursed.
