'DWTS' Sasha Farber & Jenn Tran Reportedly Call It Quits On Low-key Romance

Sasha Farber and Jenn Tran have become the latest Hollywood couple to make it to Splitsville.

The rumored couple has reportedly decided to end their quiet romance despite not confirming or denying reports of their relationship.

Sasha Farber and Jenn Tran both competed on the 33rd season of "Dancing With The Stars," which was reportedly how their love story began.

A source close to the dancers confirmed that the split comes nearly a year after they became a romantic item. However, their current situation does not affect their interaction, as the source noted that they remain very good friends.

The TV stars met on the dance show shortly after Tran's engagement to her then-beau Devin Strader ended. She then fueled the rumor mills when she posted a video of them riding a swan boat at an L.A. Park pre-Disney Night.

They even confirmed their close bond to "DWTS" host Julianne Hough when she asked if their chemistry had an effect on them competing together. Tran emphasized that their flawless execution of the dance step was a result of the trust they share.

"We trust each other so much, we know each other so well, so that's why this works so well," Tran emphasized. Farber also echoed the same stance when his partner asked for his thoughts on their partnership.

They then took their friendship outside the show once they got eliminated. She teased their fans with a clip of her and Farber during a private rehearsal session for the show's finale, where they performed a very sensual number.

Per PEOPLE, the pair almost blew their cover when they attempted to kiss. Tran and Farber shared the stage with Brooks Nader and Gleb Savchenko as they danced to Peaches & Herb's "Reunited."

Before finding each other, Tran and Farber had things going on in their romantic lives. Last year, The Blast shared that Farber went through a divorce from ex Emma Slater in 2023.

The TV star cited irreconcilable differences as she filed for divorce from her fellow "DWTS" pro after five years of marriage. Slater and Farber reportedly had no kids during the marriage, making the divorce process very seamless.

As for Tran, she and Strader began their fairytale love story after getting engaged on the Season 21 finale of "The Bachelorette." Things did not hold up for much longer after that, as they announced their separation on the live session of the "After The Rose" special.

Tran and Strader spent the last days of their relationship leveling accusations against each other, including claims that Strader was on "Bachelorette" for fame.

As the door shut on her story with Strader, the 27-year-old reportedly opened a new chapter with her co-star Jonathon Johnson. The duo were spotted at a party in September 2024 and skillfully evaded questions about their connection.

However, Tran gushed about discovering new layers to Johnson that she did not get to see on the show. Still, she did not project her response as a confirmation or denial of any romance with him.

She eventually admitted that it felt nice to know Johnson much "more after the show," adding that they have gotten very close. Tran and Johnson both appeared on the 21st season of "The Bachelorette," although the latter was eliminated in week 8.

In 2023, Farber's ex got candid about the cause of her divorce from the dancer. According to her, their issues had nothing to do with them as individuals, just a huge contrast in their timeline to start welcoming babies.

Slater noted that they still felt strongly towards each other, but it was hard to ignore that they were at different phases of their lives then. In her words, "…But the hard part was that the love actually didn't go [away]."

The actress admitted that they had to walk away from their marriage because she did not want to deny him the pleasure of having children. Although Slater wanted kids, she was not working on Farber's timing, which was sooner than hers.

The "Mamma Mia" star continued that they had had significant conversations about planning their family during their relationship, but as their marriage progressed, Farber began showing "resistance."

The friction from their differing perspective became unbearable, thus impacting Slater's feelings and ultimately culminating in the end of their union.

The ballroom dancer's world changed when he adopted his dog in 2016. Since then, he has traveled the world as a whole with Ruby and watched so many dance performances from the sidelines.

"She's been on so many Dancing with the Stars tours, I want to say over eight tours. She's been through everything with me, through breakups and a bus crash on a tour we had once," Farber noted.

The Australian also gushed about waking up next to his furry best friend most mornings while creating fond memories. "Ruby's been to so many different cities and coffee shops. It was that time of her life," the dancer shared.

In honor of their enviable bond, the 41-year-old and his dog, Ruby, embarked on a campaign by PETA, where he danced with his dog and urged people to consider adopting animals.

The upside is that Sasha Farber and Jenn Tran have continued their friendship and avoided the messy route with their split.
