Kourtney Kardashian Recalls Wild Diddy Party Experience That Left Her 'Crying' In Resurfaced Clip

As Sean "Diddy" Combs' sex crimes trial continues, a clip of Kourtney Kardashian has resurfaced, where she recalls a disturbing experience at one of his parties.

The incident reportedly happened in the bathroom of TAO nightclub at the time, while the reality star was waiting in line to use the facility.

Sean "Diddy" Combs was arrested in September last year on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

An old clip of Kourtney Kardashian talking about being sucker punched in the face at one of Diddy's parties has resurfaced amid the rapper's ongoing trial.

The clip comes from her sister's "Kocktails," Khloe Kardashian's pop culture–themed variety talk show that ran for one season in 2016

According to Kourtney, she was waiting in line to use the bathroom at Diddy's 2001 party at Tao nightclub when another guest attempted to cut in front of her. After she politely informed the person that she was next, the individual responded with sudden violence.

"I was like, 'Excuse me, I'm next.' And she literally just went, like, boom right in the face," Kourtney recalled in the clip while conversing with Khloe, Diddy, and Kylie Jenner. "I didn't know what to do. Nobody was with me. I was by myself."

Speaking further about the incident, Kourtney revealed that she went into the next bathroom stall and "just started crying."

She later ran out to tell Khloe what had happened, and Khloe immediately tried to find the woman to confront her.

Elsewhere in the clip, Khloe could also be seen talking about Diddy's reputation for throwing exclusive parties.

"When you think of a party or a good time, you think of Puff," Khloe said at the time. "We've been known to party with you a few times."

Some of those parties featured attendees who were "butt naked," as confirmed in a different clip that resurfaced around the time Diddy was arrest.

"I got on a plane at 5.30 am. Well, this party...I think half the people there were butt naked... You would have loved it," Khloe told Kourtney in a 2014 episode of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians," per the Daily Mail.

"'Who was with you this weekend?" Kourtney asked, before listing names, "Diddy. Quincy. Justin Bieber."

Khloe then seemingly confirmed the names, saying, "So far, so good," as though Kourtney had successfully identified the A-list celebrities she spotted at the soirée.

It is unclear whether any of these parties the Kardashians attended were Diddy's "freak offs," described as drug- and sex-fueled bashes involving the rapper's alleged victims and male prostitutes.

These "freak offs," along with the testimony of witnesses such as Diddy's ex, Cassandra "Cassie" Ventura, play a central role in the rapper's ongoing sex crimes trial.

Already, amid the trial, Cassie has testified to the existence of these hedonistic parties during her time on the stand, per Sky News.

She shared troubling stories about the encounters, saying Diddy would watch, touch himself, and ask her to explain what was going on. He also recorded her having sex with random people, videos that the rapper later threatened to release during one of their many violent altercations.

In her testimony, Cassie recalled how these "freak offs" eventually felt like a job that took over her burgeoning music career. However, she continued to engage in them because she didn't feel like she had a choice.

In November 2023, Cassie filed a scathing lawsuit against Diddy, accusing him of sexual assault.

Twenty-four hours after the lawsuit was filed, it was settled out of court, with Diddy paying his ex-girlfriend an undisclosed sum at the time.

However, according to Variety, during her testimony on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, Cassie finally confirmed that Diddy and his companies paid her $20 million to settle the lawsuit.

When asked why she decided to testify against Diddy, Cassie said, "I'm here to do the right thing. I can't carry this anymore … the shame, the guilt."

Diddy is being tried on five felony charges, namely racketeering conspiracy,  two counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.

He was initially facing just single counts of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution, but the extra two counts were added in a superseding indictment in April.

The rapper pled not guilty to all the charges and reportedly rejected a plea deal ahead of the trial.

If found guilty by the jury on all charges, the rapper could face life in prison due to the racketeering charge.

He is also facing a minimum of 15 years for sex trafficking and a maximum of 10 years for transportation to engage in prostitution.
