Sean "Diddy" Combs' federal trial is still underway, and on May 20, the court heard testimony from a male escort who testified that he was part of the rapper's alleged sexual orgies, dubbed "Freak Offs."
Male Escort Claims Diddy Paid Him $2000 To Create A ‘Sexy Scene’ With Cassie That Featured Tons Of Baby Oil

Sharay Hayes, a male escort who goes by the stage name "The Punisher," testified on Tuesday that he had participated in Diddy's alleged "freak offs" on several different occasions.
On the stand, Hayes testified about the first time he interacted with Diddy and his then-girlfriend, Cassie, who, in early May 2025, testified that she felt pressured to have sex with different men for Diddy's pleasure.
According to Hayes, he was directed to meet Cassie at a room in Trump Tower in New York City in 2012 and was told to create a "sexy scene" for the rap mogul, which included Hayes and Cassie applying baby oil on each other.
“I was specifically told to not acknowledge her husband,” Hayes told the court before revealing he was paid $800 when he arrived.
Later, Hayes testified that a man, presumed to be Diddy, entered the room wearing a covering that "Muslim women wear" and began to masturbate with Astroglide lubricant before exiting some time later.
He shared that Cassie left, too, after handing him another $1,200.
Hayes testified that his alleged interactions with Cassie and Diddy happened repeatedly, at least eight to 12 times.
Diddy Allegedly Assaulted Cassie’s Friend And Offered Her $30,000 To Stay Silent

On May 19, Kerry Morgan, one of Cassie's former friends, also testified about her alleged interactions with Cassie and Diddy, who dated on-and-off from 2008 to 2018.
On the stand, Morgan told the court that she saw Diddy physically abuse Cassie in Los Angeles and Jamaica.
Morgan, 39, also testified that she had allegedly been assaulted by the rapper, too, after a heated interaction inside his home in 2018.
"He came up behind me and choked me and left finger marks on my neck and hit me in the head with a wooden hanger," Morgan testified. "Cassie was in the bathroom. It hit me behind my right ear."
According to Morgan, the hanger left her concussed and feeling "dizzy," causing her to vomit repeatedly.
Morgan later added that she retained a lawyer after the incident; however, she didn't file a lawsuit against the "Hello Good Morning" rapper. Instead, she told the court that she accepted a $30,000 payment to stay silent and signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
Cassie Opened Up About Freak Offs On The Stand And Testified They Became A Full Time Job

When Cassie was on the stand testifying about her alleged experience with Diddy, the "Me & U" singer recounted the first time she heard Diddy allegedly express his interest in watching her have sex with another man.
"I was 22 at the time, my stomach churned, didn't have a concept of how that would be a turn on, but I accepted the responsibility," Cassie said on the stand. "I was confused, nervous, but also loved him very much and wanted to make him happy."
Later, the 38-year-old mother of two said that participating in the alleged sexual orgies became the only thing she had time for, adding that they could last for hours or even days.
"They would be 36, 48, 72 hours, the longest one was four days," she said.
Cassie Says She Questioned Her Reality During Freak Offs

"I felt disgusting. I felt humiliated," Cassie said about her involvement in the sexual encounters. "I didn’t have the words to show how horrible I felt. I couldn’t talk to anyone about it."
To make matters worse, Cassie also testified that during the "freak offs," she'd often question her reality because the encounters were allegedly fueled with illicit drugs and alcohol.
"I was high so I didn't feel much," she said. "Did this really happen to me? I didn’t know what was going to happen after that, if we were going to do it more frequently, I said yes to more, I didn't want to make him upset or angry."
Others Praise Cassie For Her Bravery On The Stand

One of Diddy's former musicians, Aubrey O'Day, recently appeared on Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes' podcast to discuss the trial of her former boss and praised Cassie for her bravery in the process.
"Sometimes I hear her discuss things that she did then and how now she would never, she understands it differently, and that makes me feel like so happy for her that she's come, you know, because I don't know her as a mom, so like to understand that she made that evolution and went to the other side of viewing all of it made me feel like really proud of her," she said.
