Jenelle Evans is marking her fresh start with a full-on celebration.
The "Teen Mom" alum is throwing a divorce party at a New York City strip club to celebrate her split from David Eason. Before her new start, the star accused Eason of trespassing on her property, an allegation that was later dismissed.
Jenelle Evans, who married David Eason in September 2017, filed for separation in February 2024 after six turbulent years together.
Jenelle Evans Set To Throw 'Power Move' Divorce Party Despite Court Dismissal

Evans is putting the past behind her and celebrating a fresh start with a loud, unapologetic party in Manhattan.
The star is hosting a divorce-themed bash titled "I Do, I Did, I'm Done" at NYC's Spearmint Rhino Gentlemen's Club on June 12, and she is making it clear that it is not just about fun, but a symbol of her independence.
Though her divorce from estranged husband David Eason was dismissed earlier this year in a North Carolina court, Evans is not slowing down. While Evans has not confirmed whether she will refile, she told Page Six's "Virtual Reali-Tea" that this event marks her "official reset button."
"I've survived chaos, heartbreak, betrayal, and years of public drama, but I'm still standing, stronger than ever," Evans said. She emphatically stated, "This divorce is my official reset button, and I'm throwing a massive celebration to mark the start of me finally living life on my own terms."
She added that the club's message of empowerment aligns with her own. "Spearmint Rhino New York City celebrates strong, beautiful, independent women who take control of their story, just like I am. This isn't just a party, it's my power move!" the 33-year-old gushed.

Evans did not get the outcome she hoped for after accusing her estranged husband of illegally showing up on her property. As reported by The Blast, Evans claimed Eason broke a no-contact order and tried to swipe her motorbike while she was away.
She told authorities he had no business being near her home, let alone taking anything from it. But after a detailed review, the Columbus County Sheriff's Office in North Carolina cleared Eason. Officers found that nothing had been taken that violated any court orders.
In fact, Eason himself had arranged a civil standby, a standard procedure allowing law enforcement to monitor the exchange of personal belongings without conflict.
Despite the legal clearance, Evans was not satisfied. Her rep pointed to the terms of the court order, saying it clearly barred Eason from stepping onto her property, whether she was present or not.
The MTV Star Claimed Her Ex-Partner David Eason Broke In And Tried To Take Her Bikes

Evans accused Eason of breaking onto her property with bolt cutters and trying to take off with her dirt bikes and ATVs. Although she was not home during the incident, she claims Eason showed up at night with his girlfriend and three other men.
She alleged the group forced their way through a locked gate at her North Carolina home, opened her garage, and started loading motorcycles and other gear into a trailer. Evans said her security cameras caught it all, footage she claimed shows Eason and his crew in the act.
On top of the break-in and attempted theft, Evans also said Eason damaged property during the ordeal. Through her rep, she stated he should be held responsible for the items he allegedly wrecked while on her land without permission.
Jenelle Evans Previously Had A Protective Order In Place

Months before Evans accused Eason of breaking into her property, she had already taken legal steps to protect herself and her family. In May 2024, the court granted Evans a domestic violence protective order against the 36-year-old.
The order, issued on May 16, barred him from posting about her or their children online and restricted any unsupervised communication with the kids. Eason was also banned from showing up at their schools or trying to visit them without a parent or another adult present.
Evans pushed for the restrictions, citing concerns over Eason's past behavior and substance issues, which she believed could affect his ability to co-parent safely.
With summer around the corner, Jenelle Evans is stepping into her single era and doing it her way!
