Insider Claims Travis Kelce Subpoenaed In Explosive Blake Lively Legal Dispute

Things just got messy in the Hollywood legal world, and Travis Kelce is getting dragged into the chaos.

Just days after fans noticed the NFL star had unfollowed Ryan Reynolds on Instagram, a move that sent social media into a tailspin, insiders are now saying Travis Kelce is about to be subpoenaed in the bombshell legal battle involving Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni.

While the unfollow might’ve seemed petty on the surface, it now appears to be part of a much bigger storm.

According to a source who spoke with Daily Mail, “Taylor Swift has now been subpoenaed. Some subpoenas are being sent this week, some depositions are in the process now of being scheduled. People often push back and say that they can't for various reasons, but you really cannot get out of it.”

And that’s not all. The source added that Swift’s boyfriend Kelce, along with Lively and Reynolds’ longtime pal Hugh Jackman, are also expected to be served.

"I can further reveal that Swift's boyfriend, the American football star Travis Kelce, will soon receive a subpoena of his own," the source said. "As will Lively and Reynolds' friend, 'Wolverine' star Hugh Jackman," explaining that he is being pulled into the dispute because Baldoni’s legal team claims Reynolds’ character “Nicepool” was a satirical jab aimed at Baldoni.

No word yet on whether the unfollow was Kelce trying to distance himself from the scandal, or if he was tipped off about what’s coming, but if it was an attempt to dodge the drama, it may have been too little, too late.

Around the same time that fans noticed Kelce's cryptic unfollow, Swift attended their mutual friend Gigi Hadid’s 30th birthday celebration in New York, notably without Blake Lively in sight. The absence only fueled speculation that Lively is being iced out by Swift and her inner circle.

Per Daily Mail, Gossip columnist Rob Shuter claimed the supermodel “had to choose between Taylor and Blake… and in the end, she chose Taylor.”

Despite her fame and power, Swift may not be able to sidestep the stress of being entangled in the upcoming Baldoni-Lively court battle next year.

Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, is expected to question Swift about her relationship with Lively and the circumstances surrounding her presence at the couple’s penthouse on the night Baldoni was called in to discuss Lively’s proposed script changes.

She will likely be required to hand over any emails, text messages, or other communications exchanged with Lively regarding Baldoni.

Additionally, Swift will be asked to share her own version of events from that evening, which Baldoni alleges marked the beginning of a series of moves that ultimately forced him out of the film he co-wrote, directed, and starred in.

Given how much both Swift and Kelce value their privacy, it’s hard to imagine the exchange will be anything but uncomfortable.

The news is yet another brutal blow to Lively, who’s had a turbulent year since tensions between her and "It Ends With Us" co-star/director Justin Baldoni exploded into the public eye last August. What started as on-set friction snowballed into a full-blown legal battle when Lively filed a lawsuit against Baldoni, only for him to clap back with a jaw-dropping $400 million countersuit.

Meanwhile, Baldoni claims that Lively and Reynolds sabotaged his career by pushing him out of a film he not only starred in but also directed, effectively turning his passion project into a nightmare.

Last Saturday, Lively joined Reynolds in Wrexham to celebrate the Welsh football club he co-owns clinching a decisive 3-0 win over Charlton, and a promotion to the Championship.

By Sunday night, the couple had returned to New York for the premiere of Lively’s latest film. Just two days later, they stepped out once again, with Lively turning heads in an all-leather outfit and studded boots as they supported Jackman at the opening of his off-Broadway production, "Sexual Misconduct of the Middle Classes."

Then, on Thursday, Lively appeared on "Late Night with Seth Meyers," where she spoke candidly about her experience as a survivor of abuse.

With subpoenas reportedly flying, public loyalties being tested, and some of Hollywood’s biggest names caught in the crossfire, it looks like the drama is only just beginning.

A court date has been set for March 2026.
