Jordon Hudson's tenants were reportedly stunned to learn that their landlord is none other than the cheerleader herself, who is currently dating legendary football coach Bill Belichick.
According to reports, Hudson owns a rental empire valued at around $8 million, with properties located throughout Boston.
Jordon Hudson also recently made headlines for her antics during Bill Belichick's CBS interview, where he was asked a personal question about their relationship.
Jordon Hudson's Tenants Had No Idea She Was The Landlord

In the wake of Hudson's antics during her boyfriend Belichick's CBS interview, reports have emerged revealing that she owns an $8 million luxury real estate empire, which she rents out at premium prices to tenants.
Now, her tenants have expressed shock upon discovering that she's been the one collecting their rent all this time.
"I was scrolling through X and saw our house in a headline, and I was like 'What the hell,'" said 26-year-old Andrew Nelson, who lives with his roommate, 26-year-old accountant Declan O'Brien, in a Dorchester four-bed owned by the former cheerleader.
"We were shocked," he added, per the New York Post. "I've lived here for two years and I've never seen her."
Some other residents in a different apartment also expressed similar sentiments to Nelson.
"I don't know how she's 24 years old and she owns this property," said Dominic Fantoni, who stays in a seven-bedroom apartment split with other students. "She's only three years older than I am," he said.
He added, "I'm 21 and we are all struggling to pay rent. I wonder how she came into all that."
All About Jordon Hudson's Rental Properties

According to the outlet, Nelson's four-bed unit is part of a three-floor townhouse that Hudson bought for 2.2 million in 2023.
She also owns another Dorchester townhouse worth $2.3 million and paid $3 million for a third property in Roxbury. Meanwhile, she sent $610,000 for a Cape Cod cottage, which is being revamped at the moment.
Interestingly, all of these properties were purchased nearly two years after Hudson met Belichick, who is worth an estimated $200 million.
It is unclear if the veteran NFL coach has any personal investment in the purchases, as Hudson has yet to disclose this.
Jordon Hudson Came Under Fire For Hijacking Her Boyfriend Bill Belichick's Interview

The revelation about Hudson's properties came to light after her controversial antics during Belichick's CBS interview.
In videos that have since gone viral, the former cheerleader was seen interrupting the conversation between her boyfriend and host Tony Dokoupil when he asked about how they met.
Even when Dokoupil tried to push further on the topic, Hudson stood her ground, forcing the host to end that line of questioning.
Later, it was revealed that the incident wasn't the only outburst Hudson had, per TMZ. She reportedly interrupted the conversation multiple times, even during football-related questions directed at Belichick. She also stormed off the set at one point, expecting Belichick to follow her.
This led to the showrunners stepping in to salvage some of the interview footage for the final edit that aired that weekend.
Bill Belichick Has Broken His Silence About Controversial CBS Interview

Although it took some days, Belichick eventually reacted to the controversial interview with a statement that seemed to defend the actions of his girlfriend.
"Prior to this interview, I clearly communicated with my publicist at Simon & Schuster that any promotional interviews I participated in would agree to focus solely on the contents of the book," read the first half of the statement, per CBS News.
"Unfortunately, that expectation was not honored during the interview. I was surprised when unrelated topics were introduced, and I repeatedly expressed to the reporter, Tony Dokoupil, and the producers that I preferred to keep the conversation centered on the book," he continued.
Belichick added, "After this occurred several times, Jordon, with whom I share both a personal and professional relationship, stepped in to reiterate that point to help refocus the discussion."
CBS Slams Bill Belichick Over His Defense Of Jordon Hudson's Actions

Firing back at Belichick over his remarks about the interview, a CBS spokesperson shared that there was never such an agreement with the legendary coach.
"When we agreed to speak with Mr. Belichick, it was for a wide-ranging interview," said the rep, per the New York Post.
The spokesperson continued, "There were no preconditions or limitations to this conversation. This was confirmed repeatedly with his publisher before the interview took place and after it was completed."
