B.J. Novak Is Officially Off The Market As He Is Linked To A Much Younger Star

Novak, best known for playing Ryan Howard on "The Office," has typically kept his personal life out of the spotlight.

Over the years, B.J. Novak has been romantically linked to several high-profile figures, including Mindy Kaling.

The 45-year-old "The Office" alum is reportedly dating 29-year-old TikTok star Delaney Rowe, according to PEOPLE. Sources confirmed the buzzy new romance on Monday, months after the duo first sparked whispers of a relationship.

Fans first started speculating in November 2024 when Novak and Rowe were spotted cozying up at the "How Long Gone" afterparty in New York City. Novak looked dapper in a sleek black suit, while Rowe turned heads in a stylish halter top and leather pants.

And it wasn't just a one-time sighting. The following month, the Emmy nominee and the viral social media star were seen enjoying a night out at Manhattan's trendy Bowery Hotel.

Rowe grew up in Boise, Idaho, with big Hollywood dreams. As a child, she spent her summers performing in the Idaho Shakespeare Festival, already setting her sights on prestigious drama schools like Juilliard or NYU.

However, when the elite acting schools didn't pan out, Rowe decided to carve her own path. She packed her bags for Los Angeles and pursued her BFA in acting, but quickly learned that the industry wasn't seeing her the way she saw herself.

"There was this huge gap in between how myself and my team saw me, and how people in the actual industry saw me, like, something's not connecting, and we couldn't figure it out," she told Vanity Fair in August 2023, revealing that casting agents were pushing her toward "Nina Dobrev type" roles, not the comedic ones she craved.

After facing early struggles breaking into Hollywood, Rowe made a surprising pivot to the kitchen. Leaning into her love for cooking, she decided to become a personal chef... with a little creative help.

Rowe admitted she created flyers advertising her services, fibbing that she attended culinary school. She stuffed them into mailboxes around Beverly Hills, hustling for work, and it paid off.

One of those flyers landed with a doctor who just so happened to be treating the late Marvel legend Stan Lee, making him Rowe's first big client. But it didn't last long because she was too good at her job!

"I was hired to make heart-healthy food," she recalled to Vanity Fair. "I would make him red lentil dal, and he'd be like, 'I want veal scallopini from Dan Tana's, what are you doing?'"

Even though her career as a personal chef didn't stick, Rowe didn't give up. She eventually found her sweet spot on TikTok, parodying everything from "manic pixie dream girls" to "terminally ill characters … with a wicked sense of humor and ironic zest for life," racking up millions of followers in the process.

While Novak tends to keep his love life relatively private, this isn't the first time he's made headlines for his romantic connections. He was previously linked to literary manager Molly Hurwitz, who later got engaged to "Friends" star Matthew Perry, and Instagram model Ceilidh Garten.

Of course, Novak's most famous relationship was with his "The Office" co-star Mindy Kaling. The pair dated on and off from 2004 to 2007, and despite the breakup, they've stayed tight ever since.

In fact, Novak is the proud godfather to Kaling's three children, Katherine, 7, Spencer, 4, and Anne, 1.
