Virginia Giuffre's attorney has voiced serious doubts about the reported suicide of the 41-year-old.
The lawyer said she was shocked when she got the call about her client’s death, adding that “there was no sign” that Giuffre had been considering taking her life.
She also noted that during their last conversation, Virginia Giuffre was “looking forward to things in the future.”
Virginia Giuffre’s Lawyer Questions Suicide Preliminary Reports About Her Death

In the wake of the death of Virginia Giuffre, her lawyer, Karrie Louden, has expressed disbelief over the preliminary reports of suicide.
“We’ve got big question marks over it,” the attorney told The Sun about Giuffre’s demise.
Louden went on to say that his client never showed any suicidal tendencies throughout their past conversations.
“When I got the phone call, I was like, ‘Are you joking?’ Because there was no sign that that was something she was considering,” she added.
Despite casting aspersions about Giuffre’s demise, Louden said she would refrain from making any further speculations, especially since the family has stated it was indeed a suicide.
However, she still hinted that Giuffre’s suicide was unlikely because she had spoken with her about her plans for the future.
“She was in a lot of pain, but she was looking forward to things in the future,” the attorney said. “She wanted to renovate this house and all sorts of things like that.”
Virginia Giuffre Was Reportedly ‘Under Pressure’ Before Her Death

Louden’s remarks come after a fellow sex trafficking survivor, Annie Farmer, claimed that Giuffre was dealing with "enormous pressure" from her settled sexual abuse case against disgraced royal Prince Andrew.
“I just know that being involved in this case has been an enormous amount of pressure for her, generally, in all the cases she was involved in,” Farmer told The Telegraph.
Speaking further on Giuffre’s passing, Farmer pointed out that many people had been incredibly cruel to the late 41-year-old ever since she came forward with her abuse allegations.
She added that, despite the support Giuffre received, it ultimately wasn’t enough to make her life any less difficult.
“I think for her, it was next level because of that, because of the Prince part in particular,” Farmer added. “I think that was tremendously hard. These kinds of battles, it feels like it’s just always ongoing.”
Chilling Post From The Epstein Accuser Resurfaced After Her Death

Adding to the speculation around Giuffre’s death is a post she made in 2019 where she denied having any suicidal thoughts.
"I am making it publicly known that in no way, shape or form am I suicidal,” she wrote at the time.
She added, "I have made this known to my therapist and GP – If something happens to me – for the sake of my family do not let this go away and help me to protect them. Too many evil people want to see me [quieted]."
The post resurfaced following her tragic death, with conservatives like Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene being one of the high-profile individuals pushing that narrative.
"The truth needs to come out, more matter who is responsible [sic,]" Green remarked, adding an image of the younger version of Giuffre posing with Prince Andrew
Virginia Giuffre's Family Praised Her As A ‘Fierce Warrior’

In a statement about her death, Giuffre’s family praised her for her advocacy against sex trafficking.
“Virginia was a fierce warrior in the fight against sexual abuse and sex trafficking,” the family said about Giuffre, per People Magazine.
“She was the light that lifted so many survivors. In the end, the toll of abuse is so heavy that it became unbearable for Virginia to handle its weight,” they added.
The sex trafficking victims’ advocate died on April 25, as confirmed in a statement from a WA Police Force spokesperson.
“About 9.50 pm Friday 25 April, emergency services received a report a woman had been located unresponsive at a residence in Neergabby,” read the statement. “Police and St John WA attended and provided emergency first-aid. Sadly, the 41-year-old woman was declared deceased at the scene.”
They added, “The death is being investigated by Major Crime detectives; early indication is the death is not suspicious.”
The Epstein Accuser Was Described As One Of The 'Most Beautiful Souls'

In the interview with People, Giuffre's sister-in-law, Amanda Roberts, paid a heartfelt tribute to her.
Reflecting on the family's loss, Roberts, who is married to Giuffre's brother, Sky, said, "We lost our sister. Her children lost their mother, and her mother lost her daughter."
She also shared how deeply Giuffre's spirit touched those around her, saying, "She was one of the most beautiful souls you would ever have the chance to meet."
Roberts added, "But I think sometimes, that load and that weight becomes too much to carry."
