Selma Blair had a playful moment with the iconic designer at Daily Front Row's 9th Annual Fashion Awards on Thursday, flashing her cheeky cat-print underwear under her metallic gold ruffled skirt while goofing around on the red carpet.

Johnson captured the hilarious exchange in a TikTok video posted to her 821,000 followers, cheekily captioning it, "I see London, I see France I saw Selma's.... Amazing personality < 3."

The two fashionistas were practically twins for the night, wearing matching versions of a strapless, billowy dress, with Selma shimmering in gold and Betsey rocking a silver edition embellished with tiny stones over a black fishnet shirt.

Of course, Betsey stayed true to her signature whimsical style, topping off her look with a spiky blonde ponytail and choppy, face-framing bangs.

"The love and appreciation and sweetness of this evening was just what we needed," she added. "You are the absolute best dear #betseyjohnson."

Beyond stealing the show with her big personality, Blair had even more to celebrate, giving fans an incredible update on her health.

Speaking with PEOPLE at the event, the "Legally Blonde "alum revealed her multiple sclerosis is "truly in remission."

"I am doing amazingly well. I've been feeling great for about a year," she shared. "I am finally well enough to really, genuinely... I always try and feel my best, but now that I actually have stamina and energy, getting out and going out isn't so scary."

The actress recently revealed that for decades, doctors brushed off her debilitating pain and symptoms, often blaming them on everything from menstruation to her personal relationships.

Blair recalled one particularly devastating moment while speaking with Kristen Welker, sharing that a doctor once told her that getting a boyfriend would “alleviate” her pain. The insensitive suggestion left Blair in tears because she "had no capability to process" the dismissive remark.

"I knew the pain was real. I thought it was," she said. "But I did start to convince myself, 'You're overly sensitive. There's nothing wrong with you. Get it together, you lazy, lazy whatever.'"

Even as she continued to battle headaches, fevers, and troubling balance issues, Blair says her symptoms were repeatedly minimized, and she was never given an MRI. Blair didn't hold back about the double standard she faced, explaining that male patients often received swift medical attention while she was brushed off as “dramatic.”

She noted that much of her medical trauma dated back to her childhood, highlighting the long-lasting impact of not being believed.

Despite the years of being gaslit and misdiagnosed, Selma has refused to let her past define her future.

The actress, who once relied on a cane and service dog for red carpet appearances, says she’s now focused on reigniting her career, while continuing to advocate for people living with chronic illness.

"I still am advocating for people with chronic illness and getting better, and what that looks like when you haven't made your wishes. How do we give ourselves a new life force?" she told the outlet.

And there’s more good news because Blair is officially back at work! In January, Variety reported that she’s set to star in three upcoming films, "Stay Forte," a drama about the Israel-Hamas war, a supernatural thriller titled "Silent," and a twin drama called "There There."

"I started feeling really better this last year, and I’m back at work and doing things, so I will have things to announce," Selma teased.
