Before performing her new track "57.5," named after her 57.5 million Spotify listeners at the time she wrote it, Lana gave the audience a cheeky warning, and she was only going to say it once.

"I kissed Morgan Wallen," she belted out, sending the crowd into absolute chaos. The crowd’s screams were so deafening that fans could barely hear her next lyric, "I guess kissing me kind of went to his head."

Once the screaming subsided, Lana continued the track with another eyebrow-raising line, "If you want my secret to success, don’t go ATVing with him when you’re out west."

Making the moment even juicier, the singer joked that it would be "the last time" she was "ever going to say this line," leaving fans reeling over whether the admission was fact or playful fiction.

Lana’s Stagecoach set also included the debut of another new song, "Husband of Mine," squeezed between performances from festival headliners Zach Bryan, Jelly Roll, and Luke Combs.

While it’s still unclear whether Lana really locked lips with Wallen, there’s no confusion about the inspiration behind "Husband of Mine." The star married alligator tour guide Jeremy Dufrene last September, just one month after they went public with their relationship.

Meanwhile, Wallen’s love life continues to stir drama. The country singer has been romantically linked to Kristin Cavallari, Megan Moroney, and his ex-fiancée Katie “KT” Smith, with whom he shares a 4-year-old son, Indigo.

This week, KT Smith made headlines of her own, revealing she’s officially back together with her husband Luke Scornavacco after previously announcing their split earlier this year.

On Easter Sunday, Smith posted sweet family snaps with Scornavacco and Indigo to Instagram, confirming the surprise reunion just months after she told fans, “there’s nothing but love on both sides” amid their separation.

All of this comes just one year after Wallen’s infamous chair-throwing incident at a Nashville bar, a moment reportedly sparked after he found out KT had moved on and gotten married.

"KT's marriage to Luke last week just crushed him," a source alleged at the time. "Of course, he knew they were engaged and eventually going to get married, but eloping just days after they got engaged?"

They added, "Morgan has never gotten over her, even though he couldn't stay faithful to her. And now another man is going to be raising his son. Whatever happened at that bar had to be reality hitting him in the face over losing the love of his life."

On April 8, 2024, Wallen was arrested on three felony counts of reckless endangerment and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct after he allegedly threw a chair from the rooftop of Chief’s Bar in Nashville.

Following the incident, Wallen’s attorney, Worrick Robinson, released a statement saying, “At 10:53 pm Sunday evening, Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He is cooperating fully with authorities.”

Days later, Wallen addressed his arrest, taking to X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter.

"I didn't feel right publicly checking in until I made amends with some folks," Wallen wrote in an April 19 post. "I’ve touched base with Nashville law enforcement, my family, and the good people at Chief’s. I'm not proud of my behavior, and I accept responsibility."

"I have the utmost respect for the officers working every day to keep us all safe," he added. "Regarding my tour, there will be no change."

And if that wasn't enough, Wallen also found himself making headlines again recently after a second viral incident involving his appearance on "Saturday Night Live."

And, back in 2020, Wallen was arrested for disorderly conduct after a night out in Nashville.

As for Lana? She's clearly unbothered, and living her best, country-glam life.
