Taylor Swift's silence on Blake Lively's sexual harassment lawsuit against Justin Baldoni hasn't gone unnoticed, especially by Megyn Kelly.

The media personality has openly called on Swift to "speak out" after the pop star was dragged into the legal feud as one of Lively's "dragons."

Megyn Kelly also recently criticized Blake Lively's inclusion in TIME magazine's 100 Most Influential list, saying the actress did not deserve the spot.

Speaking with Variety at the TIME100 Gala in New York City, Megyn Kelly urged Taylor Swift to come out and clarify her involvement in Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's legal feud.

Lively, who is friends with the pop star, had allegedly named her as one of her "dragons" during a text exchange with Baldoni.

The messages are now key evidence in the ongoing $400 million defamation lawsuit Baldoni filed as a countersuit to Lively's sexual harassment claims.

"Either Taylor Swift is her dragon or she isn't, I don't know," Kelly told the outlet, with the "dragon" remark referencing a character in "Game of Thrones" and alluding that Lively was backed by powerful forces.

"That's what Blake Lively said, so I guess I'll have to take her at her word," Kelly added. "So if I were Taylor, I'd speak out about it. But obviously she's distancing herself."

Kelly's remarks about Swift weren't the only things she said about Lively's sexual harassment case.

In a chat with the Daily Mail, still at the TIME100 Gala, she delivered a scathing criticism targeted at Lively's sexual harassment accusations.

Kelly said that it was a "ridiculous joke" that the actress received the honor, adding that she "shouldn't be here" after trying to "ruin" Baldoni.

The political commentator also claimed that the accusations Lively made in her sexual harassment suit were false and have "bastardized' the efforts of the #MeToo movement, a campaign focused on raising awareness about sexual harassment and abuse in the workplace.

"I think [Blake has] launched a fake Me Too allegation against [Justin], and she's lived to regret doing it, because virtually every allegation she has made has fallen apart," the journalist told the news outlet.

She added, "So for her to be honored for doing that, to try to ruin a man over absolutely nothing, is a scandal."

Megyn Kelly Also Blasted TIME For Honoring The Actress

Elsewhere in the conversation, Kelly criticized TIME Magazine for honoring Lively with a spot on their elite list.

She claimed that the publication only named Lively for PR reasons and that doing so was a "very wrong" move that waters down their credibility.

Kelly also stressed the importance of calling out false claims, arguing that failing to do so could undermine real victims and make them less likely to be believed.

"Otherwise, no one who has actually experienced these things is going to be believed," the journalist said.

On a lighter note, Kelly mentioned that she didn't mind running into Lively and her husband at the event, but believed the actress would likely try to "avoid" her for obvious reasons.

During the gala event, Lively seemed to allude to her ongoing legal dispute with Justin Baldoni while giving a gratitude speech about being named on the list.

The 37-year-old actress described the honor as "surreal and deeply significant," adding, "In a time where the most valuable currency seems to be anger, it feels like an act of defiance to commune and celebrate all the good that is alive in the world."

Though she stopped short of directly naming the legal battle, Lively offered a pointed remark that hinted at the challenges she faced.

"I have so much to say about the last two years of my life, but tonight is not the forum," the actress said, per People Magazine.

The timeframe she referenced aligns with the production period of "It Ends with Us," the film she co-starred in alongside Baldoni, in which the incidents that led to the allegations occurred.

The Actress Highlighted Her Mother's Assault Experience During The Speech

During her speech, Lively shifted the focus to empowerment, saying she wanted to center "the feeling of being a woman who has a voice today."

She highlighted the importance of speaking out, including a powerful mention of an assault her mother had endured at the hands of a "work acquaintance."

"My mom never got justice from her work acquaintance who attempted to take her life when she was the mother of three young kids years before I was born," the actress said.

In an emotional moment, Lively recalled how her mother's survival was thanks to another woman who, years earlier, had bravely shared her own story on the radio.

"The woman painfully and graphically shared how she escaped. And because of hearing that woman speak about her experience instead of shutting down in fear and unfair shame, my mom is alive today," Lively said. "She was saved by a woman whose name she'll never know."

Lively's speech has since been met with mixed reactions online, with many accusing the actress of using her mother's past "trauma" to appeal to the public amid her legal battle with Baldoni.

The former co-stars are set to face off in court on March 9, 2026.
