Khloé Kardashian is catching serious heat online, again, after fans noticed what they’re calling an “insane” Photoshop job in a promo shot for her new podcast "Khloé in Wonder Land."

The accusations are flying after a new episode of "The Kardashians" showed behind-the-scenes footage that didn’t quite match the final photo of Khloé Kardashian.

In the April 10 episode, viewers got a glimpse of Khloé striking poses for the podcast shoot. But when the final, retouched photo flashed on screen? Fans were floored.

“When watching the show they were showing Khloé posing for her … photoshoot and I thought she looked great!” one Reddit user wrote. “But then they showed the actual edited cover they selected and I almost spat my water out. How can anyone approve that? It doesn’t even look like her.”

Another added, “She’s beautiful, but she doesn’t look like this at all.”

A third said, "At this point I kind of assume that any published shot I see of a celebrity is edited into oblivion and they likely look 30-50 pounds heavier IRL."

"Jesus," someone else chimed in. "That nose is not what she presents on social media."

The Reddit thread quickly exploded with fans comparing the raw footage to the final product, pointing out that Khloé’s facial features appeared drastically altered, with smoothed-out lines and what one user called a “completely different face.”

“‘Okay, I think we have it!’ proceeds to go with AI version looking nothing like a human,” one fan joked.

“This is actually insane. These are two completely different people,” another chimed in.

"Khloe is a beautiful woman but holy sh-t they really promote unrealistic beauty standards," one Reddit user said. "That doesn’t look like the same person."

Many commenters expressed concern, with one writing, “It breaks my heart for her, because she doesn’t need to do all this editing. Also frustrating because she denies editing her face.”

This isn’t the first time the Good American co-founder has been accused of going overboard with the FaceTune.

Back in October 2022, Khloé was slammed for seemingly altering her waist in a black catsuit photo that was later quietly deleted. Just a few months later, she raised eyebrows again after heavily editing a selfie with "KUWTK" production manager Erin Paxton, smoothing out her face to the point of near unrecognizability.

Then, in March, she came under fire for noticeably altering her appearance in a photo.

In the shot, Kardashian sat on a couch facing the camera, while her friend Erin Paxton, a former production manager on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," smiled as she leaned in from behind.

But it doesn't end there. She was even accused of Facetuning her cat last year.

Khloé Kardashian has also made headlines recently after dropping a bombshell about her personal life.

In a recent interview with Us Weekly, the "Kardashians" star opened up about her decision to press pause on her love life, revealing she hasn’t been intimate with anyone in nearly five years.

“You’re going to have to be really special to either disrupt my current lifestyle, my schedule and how I prioritize my time, and just to even make me feel those butterflies,” the reality star admitted candidly.

Khloé, who shares daughter True, 6, and son Tatum, 2, with ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson, isn’t rushing into anything, and says it’s going to take a serious contender to even get her attention.

“I think I’m pretty guarded right now, so it will have to be a special, persistent person,” she added.

So why the dry spell? For Khloé, the answer is simple: her kids come first.

“I’m so focused on my kids and I know this sounds crazy, but I don’t want anyone to take me away from them,” she explained. “Not that I would let that happen, but I just don’t know if I want the distraction right now.”

While she’s not ruling out romance forever, Khloé emphasized that she’s not going to jump into anything unless it’s truly worth it.
