Post Malone's ex, Hee Sung 'Jamie' Park, means business, as she was unwilling to take any chances.
The singer's former fiancée had him tracked down and duly served court papers two days before his Coachella set for the second weekend.
Post Malone and his ex, Hee Sung 'Jamie' Park, called things off towards the end of 2024 after he confirmed they were engaged in 2022 with a baby on the way.
Post Malone's Custody Battle Began Before His Second Coachella Set

According to the obtained court documents, Park employed a process server who tracked down the rapper at a luxury apartment building in Downtown Los Angeles.
The server completed the task inside a parking garage, where Malone was reportedly handed the paperwork on April 18 at around 1 p.m. before his performances on April 20.
Despite the legal issues, Malone appeared undeterred, delivering a standout performance during the festival. His electrifying set featured special guests Jelly Roll and Ed Sheeran in his final show.
Per In Touch, the serve comes two days after Park filed for full custody of their daughter, identified as DDP, on April 16.
The Rapper's Former Partner Wants Him To Get Only Visitation Rights

The rapper's ex also requested a change in the existing custody arrangement, which will see the rapper gaining only visitation rights.
According to The Blast, Park is willing to share legal custody and has indicated that DDP has been living with her since November 2024, around the time of her split from Malone.
Following their breakup, Malone has been seen with his new girlfriend, Christy Lee. The duo was spotted going on a romantic dinner in Paris.
While he has not yet responded to Park's custody filing, he recently submitted his custody documents in Utah, though those details remain sealed.
The 'Sunflower' Singer Described Park As An Exceptional Mother

In a 2022 interview with Howard Stern, the rapper confirmed his engagement to Park, revealing major details about their private relationship. He shared a lighthearted story on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast about his unconventional marriage proposal, which occurred while he was in Las Vegas.
After losing a significant amount of money at the casino, he impulsively proposed, but his now former partner declined, suggesting he try again the following day.
When he asked her again while sober, she accepted. The rapper has expressed his deep admiration for Park in various interviews, calling her the "No. 1 mom in the f-cking universe." He has long envisioned having a large family and recognized early on that Park would be a wonderful mother to their kids.
The 29-year-old Ushered In His Stadium Tour With A Coachella Headline

Malone announced last year that he was gearing up for an exciting 2025 with his "The Big A— Stadium Tour," which follows his "F-1 Trillion Tour" that launched in September 2024.
As shared by The Blast, he announced this new tour and kicked off with a headline performance at the 2025 Coachella festival on April 13 and 20.
Although he did not explicitly mention Coachella in his announcement, the concert dates align with the festival's schedule, and sources confirmed then that he will be one of the three main acts.
This move is particularly significant for Malone, who has a history with Coachella, having performed there in 2018 and made guest appearances in subsequent years.
Jelly Roll, with special guest Sierra Ferrell, will accompany him on the tour. The tour will take Malone to 25 major cities across the nation from April to July, promising an exciting year ahead for fans.
Post Malone's Last Tour Was An Ode To His Debut Country Album

Malone surprised fans with his "F-1 Trillion Tour" last year, launched to celebrate his debut country music album of the same name. In his announcement, he expressed his excitement about sharing new music, saying:
"I love y'all so very much, and I'm so excited to get out and play new music for you."
The tour featured 21 performances across various venues, including stadiums and festivals, from September to December 2024. It began on September 8 in Salt Lake City and will continue through cities like Noblesville, Boston, Saratoga Springs, Virginia Beach, Charlotte, and Atlanta.
Malone had previously hinted at his desire to explore country music in 2022, emphasizing his wish to break free from being confined to one genre.
