Ben Affleck Shocks Fans By Celebrating Easter With His Ex-Wife Jennifer

Exes Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are showing the world how co-parenting is done, even as rumors swirl about Affleck’s past, present, and possibly future loves.

The former couple, who officially divorced in 2018 after over a decade of marriage, reunited for Easter Sunday at Ben’s Brentwood, California, home, proving once again that their bond as co-parents remains strong.

Jennifer Garner was spotted behind the wheel as she left Ben Affleck’s home, with their 13-year-old son Samuel riding shotgun.

Earlier in the day, Affleck and Samuel were seen grocery shopping while Garner picked up coffee and pastries. Dressed casually in denim overalls and a striped tee, the "Alias" alum looked all smiles during the sunny family celebration.

The pair, who share three children, Violet, 19, Seraphina, 16, and Samuel, 13, have remained close since their split. And Ben hasn’t been shy about how much he values their relationship.

“I’m really lucky that I have a really good co-parent and partner in Jennifer Garner, the kids’ mom, who’s wonderful and great and we work together well,” he told British GQ last month.

Still, some insiders say there might be more than just mutual respect brewing under the surface.

A source told Us Weekly that Affleck “would definitely be open to giving things another shot with Jen if the timing is ever right.” But don’t cue the rom-com music just yet because the same source added, “At the same time, Ben knows it’s just not realistic at this time in their lives.”

And apparently, Garner agrees.

A separate insider told Page Six the “feeling is not mutual,” explaining, “She’s happy with John [Miller], and that’s just not where her head is at. She has a great co-parenting relationship with Ben, and that’s where things stand on her end at the moment.”

Despite the speculation, both stars are thriving in their own lanes.

Garner is currently filming Season 2 of "The Last Thing He Told Me" for Apple TV+, while Affleck is hard at work on "Animals," a Netflix crime thriller he’s directing and starring in, with Garner also joining the cast in what’s being billed as their long-awaited on-screen reunion.

Meanwhile, Jennifer Lopez spent Easter on the other side of the globe, soaking up the spotlight at the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Saudi Arabia.

J.Lo made jaws drop in a skintight bubblegum pink latex jumpsuit, towering heels, bold shades, and a fierce high ponytail as she strutted through the Jeddah Corniche Circuit like it was a runway.

The superstar visited the Ferrari garage, posed with driver Lewis Hamilton, and turned heads throughout the paddock as a VIP guest of the team.

The "Argo" star recently opened up about Jennifer Lopez in a candid interview, and despite their recent divorce, he had nothing but love and admiration for the pop icon. While attending the premiere of "The Accountant 2," Affleck praised Lopez for remaining a “spectacular” presence in his life and especially in the lives of his children.

“Jennifer Lopez is spectacular, great to my kids, great ongoing relationship with them,” he said, noting that she’s still very much a part of their family dynamic. “She is enormously important, a tremendous person of a lot of integrity who I adore and am grateful to.”

Plus, in a recent cover story with GQ, the actor addressed the rampant speculation surrounding the end of their marriage, shooting down the idea that their split was full of drama.

“There’s a tendency to look at breakups and want to identify root causes or something. But honestly... the truth is much more quotidian than probably people would believe or would be interesting,” he explained. “There’s no scandal, no soap opera, no intrigue.”

One long-standing rumor claimed that their opposing personalities caused friction, with Affleck being more private and Lopez more public. But the actor insisted that wasn’t a dealbreaker.

“My temperament is to be a little bit more reserved and private than hers,” he admitted. “As happens in relationships, you don't always have the same attitude towards these things. I think it's important to say that wasn't the cause of some major fracture.”
