Hollywood actor and former boxer Mickey Rourke is reportedly considering taking legal action against the producers of "Celebrity Big Brother" after he was removed from the house for repeated displays of "unacceptable behavior."

According to his representative, Kimberly Hines, the producers behind "CBB" used Mickey Rourke to bring more attention to their program despite being aware of his "controversial" demeanor and personality, only to kick him out of the house shortly after the show began. But that's not all. Hines also alleged they're "refusing" to pay the "Wrestler" actor for his services.

Mickey Rourke’s Team Says ‘CBB’ Is ‘Refusing’ To Pay Him

In a statement to Us Weekly, Hines slammed the producers behind "Celebrity Big Brother" for allegedly "refusing" to pay Rourke for his services.

“Big Brother is now refusing to pay Mickey his full agreed-upon fee," said Hines. "His legal team is currently pursuing the matter."

She continued, “To use his name and image in this way, after a long and accomplished career, is an insult to a true cinematic icon. It disregards his legacy and crosses the line of basic respect — both within the industry and on a personal level.”

The news comes days after ITV and "CBB's" producers decided Rourke would be removed from the house after repeated displays of "unacceptable behavior" toward his castmates, including JoJo Siwa and English television personality Chris Hughes.

‘CBB’ Reportedly Knew Mickey Rourke Would Be ‘Controversial’

According to Hines, "CBB" was "fully aware" of who they hired regarding Rourke and his outspoken personality. She even referred to him as a "Hollywood rebel."

She went on to say that Rourke's unfiltered personality is part of the reason he was cast in the first place.

“They knew his presence would be explosive, controversial, and attention-grabbing — and that’s exactly what they got, and more,” she said. “They even promoted his provocative personality, which had already been well-documented in the press and has become even more evident since the show aired.”

Hines explained that prior to Rourke joining the show, she had extensive conversations with the producers about the "Sin City" performer's "background and lifestyle." She then slammed the show for "publicly embarrassing" Rourke and potentially "damaging" his image.

"Yet rather than handle it professionally, they took it too far — publicly embarrassing him and using his removal as a marketing tool. That’s not just unprofessional; it’s deeply disrespectful and damaging," she said.

But the drama doesn't end there.

Per TMZ, "Celebrity Big Brother" will reportedly deduct "thousands of dollars" from Rourke's payout due to disputes over hotel accommodations.

Hines claimed that Rourke was "contractually promised first-class" arrangements for him and his team when he landed in London for the show.

He's said to have booked a hotel that cost him an estimated $50,000. However, upon arrival, Rourke was informed the production company would only cover hotels up to $300 per night.

Days before Rourke's removal, the former athlete made problematic statements toward and about "Dance Moms" alum Siwa.

During a conversation about Siwa's sexuality, Rourke made a reckless comment and told the 21-year-old that if they stayed in the house longer than a few days together, she wouldn't "be gay anymore."

“I can guarantee I will still be gay, and I will still be in a very happy relationship,” Siwa, who's dating Kath Ebbs, responded.

Later, the "Karma" singer overheard Rourke tell his fellow houseguests that he'd "vote the lesbian out real quick."

Siwa branded his remarks as "homophobic."

Rourke Got Into Heated Altercation With Another Cast Member

Rourke's conflict with his co-stars didn't end there, though. The personality also bumped heads with former "Love Island" star Hughes.

While competing in a challenge where the contestants were forced to reveal hard truths about the others, Hughes rubbed Rourke the wrong way when he eyed him down during a tense interaction.

Rourke replied and approached Hughes, calling him a "c-nt" before others stepped in to defuse the situation.

"Don't f-cking eyeball me," Rourke demanded.

After Rourke was informed that he'd be removed from the house, he apologized to the viewers for his behavior during his last segment in the diary room.

"My bad. I got a short fuse, and I know I upset a lot of people out there. I'm sorry for that. I'm actually ashamed of myself. I went over the line; I did wrong. I guess I could say I'm a work in progress," he said.
