Khloé Kardashian Shocks Fans With Sex Life Confession

Khloé Kardashian is prioritizing her peace and her kids over romance these days.

In a candid new interview, Khloé Kardashian opened up about just how long it has been since the last time she has had sex, and it is a shockingly long time!

The "Kardashians" star opened up to Us Weekly about why she hasn’t been intimate with anyone in almost five years. While that might come as a surprise to some, the mother of two says the right person could change that, if they’re willing to put in the effort.

“You’re going to have to be really special to either disrupt my current lifestyle, my schedule and how I prioritize my time, and just to even make me feel those butterflies,” Kardashian, who shares children True, 6, and Tatum, 2, with ex Tristan Thompson, said.

“I think I’m pretty guarded right now, so it will have to be a special, persistent person,” she added.

Khloé revealed that part of her decision to step away from dating came from wanting to focus fully on her children.

“I’m so focused on my kids and I know this sounds crazy, but I don’t want anyone to take me away from them. Not that I would let that happen, but I just don’t know if I want the distraction right now,” she said.

“I still have young kids, not that I’m saying I’m gonna wait till they’re 20," Khloé added. "But I think you’re gonna have to be really, really special for me to want to add another person in the mix that I would have to share my time with another person and my children.”

The 40-year-old also reflected on her past relationships with Thompson and ex-husband Lamar Odom, both of whom were unfaithful during their time together.

“Like, Why do I keep picking these people? And now I feel like I’m really strong, and I pray I can identify certain red flags or certain things that I don’t want to receive anymore,” she said.

Last month on her Dear Media podcast "Khloé in Wonderland," the reality star hinted she might be open to romance again, telling divorce attorney Laura Wasser, “I don't dress or work out so people will take a picture of me. I do it because I hope I'm going to get laid.”

She added, “I'm, like, someone's gonna see this [body] naked one day and it has to look good.”

In the same episode, she shared that mom Kris Jenner continues to encourage her to embrace her confidence, even if it means taking boudoir photos. “My mom tells me that and I'm like, Are you OK? Can you stop?” Khloé laughed. “She's always like, You're never gonna look as good as you do now.”

Jenner also has firm opinions on swimwear. “She's like, Wear a bikini. Like, it could be snowing and she's like, 'Just wear a bikini,’” Kardashian said.

While Khloé hasn’t dated since splitting from Thompson in 2021, shortly before they welcomed son Tatum via surrogate in 2022, she has reconnected with former husband Odom on "The Kardashians."

During the emotional sit-down, she reflected on their whirlwind marriage and painful breakup.

“Lamar was, and is, definitely someone that I was like, the love of my life,” she said. “I got married when I was 24 and although him and I got married 30 days to the day after meeting one another, I loved him with all of my heart and soul."

“I took my vows very seriously and I was married for about seven years, but there were bigger things that were not fixable in that marriage,” she continued. “I don't know if I could even put into words what I felt for Lamar. It felt like the most special, magical time of my life, the most purest love I've ever had.”

Khloé also shared the moment she knew it was time to walk away. “I was very upset. I said to him, 'I'm going to Vegas. You need to be out by Monday. That's it, I'm done.' And I haven't seen Lamar since that day.”

The two briefly reunited so Khloé could return some of his belongings.

“I don't have bad blood. I don't have any blood. There's no feelings,” she said. “I want him to have his stuff… and that's it. I wish I could just do that and not have a conversation.”

Whether she’s embracing singlehood or contemplating a future connection, Khloé is focused on what matters most: protecting her heart, and her time, with purpose.
