Ross isn't the only vocal Trump supporter who shared how much they were impacted by the president's tariffs. Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy also recently admitted during a livestream that he was down $7 million.

"Dave, how much are you down right now and today? Seven million," he said. "I'm down seven million bucks in stocks and crypto. And it's Tariff City."

"Trump has put his tariffs all over the place. I've been trying to understand them. I don't. It's more a trade deficit tariff to me," Portnoy continued.

He added, "To me like, 'Hey, we get this much sh-t from you, and you get this much from us. Let's even that up. Let's get some wacky formula and do tariffs.' And everything's in the sh--ter because of it."

Like Ross, Portnoy did not have anything bad to say about Trump despite the effects of the tariff implementation on the economy and instead, he praised the president as a "smart guy."

"I voted for Trump. I think he's a smart guy. You may not love him, [but] I think he's smart," he stated. "I also think he's playing a high-stakes game here. I'm gonna roll with him for a couple days, a couple weeks, and see how this pans out."

Portnoy continued, "My impression of Trump is he makes big moves, big statements, sees how people play if off. The art of the deal is a moving thing."

He then labeled former President Joe Biden "incompetent" and said, "I'm going to give Trump the benefit of the doubt here."
