Besides the charges in the U.K., Brand worries he might also face charges in the U.S. over a sexual assault case brought against him by a woman identified anonymously as Jane Doe.

The Jane Doe, who worked on the set of the 2011 film "Arthur," claimed that Brand exposed himself to cast members before sexually assaulting her in a lavatory.

According to The Times, she filed the suit against the comedian in 2023 and also named Warner Bros. as one of the defendants.

The studio has recently offered to hand over "some hours of video outtake footage," which may contain incriminating evidence relevant to the case against Brand.
