Mel B Stuns In Skimpy Bikini While Enjoying Family Time On Day Off

Mel B showed off her phenomenal figure in a skimpy bikini as she soaked up the sun with her family on a well-deserved day off!

The 49-year-old Spice Girl took to Instagram on Monday to give her fans a peek into her downtime, which she spent poolside with her daughters Angel Iris, 17, and Madison, 13, along with close friends. Despite her busy schedule filming “America’s Got Talent,” where she recently replaced Heidi Klum, Mel looked completely at ease while basking in the sunshine.

The “Wannabe” hitmaker turned heads in a strapless checked two-piece that perfectly highlighted her toned physique. Mel’s long blonde braids cascaded down her back as she danced joyfully by the pool, exuding carefree summer vibes. She later took things up a notch, sharing a fun moment where she playfully jumped into the pool with a friend, showing that she knows how to make the most of her time off.

Speaking to BBC Breakfast hosts Jon Kay and Sarah Campbell, Mel revealed that learning to read a script and match her timing with the characters was no easy task.

“It took me a few times because now I’ve actually recorded 60 episodes,” she admitted. “The first few episodes were very difficult and challenging. But the more I did it, the more I got used to it and the more I enjoyed it.”

Mel encouraged others not to let challenges hold them back, saying, “There are challenges that you can go through, but you can strive and make yourself better and better, and that’s what I did.”

Mel B is no stranger to pushing her limits, which she recently proved again by participating in Bear Grylls’ new Netflix series, “Celebrity Bear Hunt.” Describing the experience in Costa Rica as the “Las Vegas of challenges,” Mel admitted that the survival adventure pushed her way out of her comfort zone.

“I love Bear Grylls. I’ve done his show before. I do find that you face your biggest fears and you really get out of your comfort zone, but this was a challenge,” she said. The Netflix series, hosted by Holly Willoughby, follows British stars as they attempt to evade Bear Grylls while navigating the treacherous Central American jungle.

Mel B’s return to “America’s Got Talent” has been met with enthusiasm from fans and her fellow cast members. A behind-the-scenes TikTok video posted by host Terry Crews showed Mel and Terry taking part in the viral “Anxiety” dance trend, adding their own hilarious spin.
