During her speech, Gadot reflected on balancing her successful career with motherhood.

"Whenever my success grew, I always got pregnant. I needed to ground myself. That's what I tell my agents," she joked. "It's either I'm making movies or making babies, no more babies. But Jaron always reminded me to dream and to be free to do whatever it is that I want to do."

She also took a moment to express gratitude to her children. "Our daughters, Alma, Maya, whose birthday's today, she's 8, mazel tov!, Dan Dan, and baby Ori, everything I do, I do for you. Being your Ima is my greatest, greatest privilege and the most meaningful thing I've ever done," she said.

Tensions Rise As Protests Erupt Outside The Event

Protesters gathered outside the event, carrying signs that read, "Heroes fight like Palestinians" and "Viva Viva Palestina." Meanwhile, pro-Israel demonstrators were also in attendance, leading to a heated exchange.

At one point, police were seen chasing a protester accused of stealing an Israeli flag, with footage capturing officers pinning the individual against a wall as the crowd erupted in chaos.

Gadot, who served in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and has been vocal in her support for Israel, did not publicly acknowledge the disruption outside. However, her "Snow White" co-star Rachel Zegler, who has expressed support for Palestine in the past, was noticeably absent from the event, fueling speculation about a rift between the two actresses.

Recent reports have suggested tensions between Gadot and Zegler over their differing political views. Zegler has been outspoken in her advocacy for Palestinian aid, frequently posting about the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and calling for a "free Palestine."

She also shared the "Snow White" trailer on social media, thanking fans for their support before adding, "And always remember, free Palestine."

While Gadot has not directly responded to Zegler’s comments, she subtly weighed in by posting a quote from Martin Luther King Jr.: "Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that."

In a recent interview with Variety, Gadot explained why she felt compelled to speak out following the October 7, 2023, Hamas-led attack on Israel.

"I don't talk politics because who cares about the celebrity talking about politics? I'm an artist. I want to entertain people. I want to bring hope and be a beacon of light whenever I say anything about the world," she said.

"But on October 7th, when people were abducted from their homes, from their beds, men, women, children, elderly, Holocaust survivors, going through the horrors of what happened that day, I could not be silent."

Gadot, whose family history includes Holocaust survivors and multiple generations of Israelis, emphasized that her advocacy is rooted in humanitarian concerns rather than political division. "I am all about humanity, and I felt like I had to advocate for the hostages. I am praying for better days for all," she said.
