Meghan Markle Celebrates Renewal Of Her Show For A Second Season

Before International Women's Day, Meghan revealed that her Netflix series had been renewed for a second season by the streaming giant.
The Duchess of Sussex announced the news via social media on her Instagram Stories: "I'm thrilled to share that season 2 of With Love, Meghan is coming!"

The Duchess's Show Caused A Lot Of Buzz Online And 'Created A Lot Of Debate'
Many were surprised by the news of Meghan's show's renewal due to how critically panned it was following its release.
The series currently has a 35% critic score and 19% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes. However, despite a lukewarm reception, industry sources claim the ongoing buzz around Meghan played a key role in securing the show's renewal.
An insider told The Sun, "This may raise a few eyebrows but one thing which Netflix loves is controversy - and this show certainly created a lot of debate."
They added, "Many were so scathing about the eight-part series that they thought there was no way it would get another season. But it seems the streamer is delighted with the chatter it's created on both sides of the Atlantic this week."
Meghan Markle Speaks On The Joy Of Creating Her Brand While Being A Mother To Lilibet And Archie

During an interview with People Magazine, Meghan opened up about a personal touch she added to the website of her Lifestyle Brand, As Ever.
The Duchess used a never-before-seen photo of her and Princess Lilibet on the landing page.
"Being able to have my own little girl, as I've spent so much of my life championing the rights of girls and women, and to be able to see this as a multi-generational story," she reflected.
Meghan continued, "Archie is of course included in that, my husband is of course included in that — but I love the heritage feeling of it and knowing this is something that I can create in front of my daughter and teach her what it's like to be a working mom."
She added, "This is something that hopefully can be part of her legacy too."
