President Donald Trump’s name has surfaced in flight logs linked to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, according to documents released Thursday, February 27, by his own attorney general.

The Jeffrey Epstein case has long fascinated those who believe that the identities of high-profile individuals connected to his sex trafficking network have been deliberately concealed.

A review of the flight logs by PEOPLE found Trump’s name listed seven times. The first mention appears on page 24 of the logs, dated October 11, 1993. Trump was also listed twice on page 27, alongside his then-wife Marla Maples, their daughter Tiffany Trump, and a nanny on a May 15, 1994 flight.

On three occasions, “JE," presumed to be Jeffrey Epstein, was listed as a passenger on the same flights as Trump. Additionally, “GM,” believed to be Ghislaine Maxwell, appeared as a passenger on the 1993 flight.

The release of these documents comes a day after Attorney General Pam Bondi, speaking on Fox News, confirmed that the Justice Department was preparing to make Epstein-related flight logs and other files public.

“What you’re going to see … is a lot of flight logs, a lot of names, a lot of information,” Bondi told host Jesse Watters. “But it’s pretty sick what that man did, along with his co-defendant.”

Bondi emphasized that the newly released documents are only the beginning of what could be a larger disclosure. She stated that Epstein had more than 250 alleged victims, and that “the first phase of files released today sheds light on Epstein’s extensive network and begins to provide the public with long-overdue accountability.”

The initial document release includes flight logs, an evidence list, redacted contact book pages, and redacted pages from a masseuse list. However, many of these files have previously been disclosed in court proceedings or other investigations.

It is important to note that an individual’s name appearing in the flight logs does not indicate any wrongdoing. Many of those listed were likely aboard Epstein’s plane for business, social, or political reasons.

In a letter to FBI Director Kash Patel, Bondi expressed concerns about incomplete disclosures, claiming she initially received only about 200 pages of flight logs, contact lists, and victim names before Patel took office. On Wednesday, she was informed by an unnamed source that the FBI’s New York field office possesses “thousands of pages” of Epstein-related investigative materials.

Bondi has since demanded that the FBI hand over all remaining documents by 8 a.m. on Friday, February 28, and has urged Patel to investigate why the full request had not yet been fulfilled.

Conservatives expressed outrage on Thursday after the highly anticipated release of federal files on the late Jeffrey Epstein failed to reveal significant new information.

“THIS IS NOT WHAT WE OR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ASKED FOR and a complete disappointment,” Representative Anna Paulina Luna, a Republican member of the House Oversight Committee, wrote on X after the release. “GET US THE INFORMATION WE ASKED FOR!”

“The Epstein files are a total joke,” conservative personality Glenn Beck posted on X. “Who is subverting POTUS? [president of the United States]”

Jeffrey Epstein, who was arrested on federal sex trafficking charges in 2019, died by suicide in a New York City jail while awaiting trial. Before his arrest, he maintained connections with numerous high-profile individuals, including Prince Andrew, former President Bill Clinton, and Trump. However, neither Clinton nor Trump have been accused of any wrongdoing in connection with Epstein’s crimes.

Trump previously acknowledged knowing Epstein, once calling him a “terrific guy” before later stating they had a falling out.

Epstein was accused of trafficking underage girls, some as young as 14, and was facing up to 45 years in prison before his death. In 2008, he had pleaded guilty to soliciting a minor for prostitution and served just over a year in prison.

His longtime associate, Ghislaine Maxwell, was convicted of sex trafficking in 2022 and is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence.

As the investigation into Epstein’s network continues, the newly released files, and the potential for more documents to come, may provide further insight into those associated with him.
