What was supposed to be a fun weekend for Tony Raines turned out to be time behind bars with a few dollars short.
The reality star was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, among other charges, after getting into a series of trouble on Sunday.
According to jail records, Tony Raines is currently held on a $7,500 bond and is still awaiting his arraignment.

The MTV personality was arrested early Sunday morning for driving while under the influence. Raines was arrested following an incident at a wedding in Hammond, Louisiana, where he attended the afterparty at a nearby restaurant.
Sources indicate that he was causing disturbances and ultimately got into a confrontation with another individual on the dance floor, who threw a punch at him.
Per TMZ, following this confrontation, Raines left the scene and drove away. He was later arrested at a different location. The exact circumstances leading to his arrest remain unclear.
The reality star also faces multiple charges, including one count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, one count of reckless operation, and four counts of negligent injuring.

Giacone echoed his sentiments, describing their relationship as a fairytale and expressing excitement for their wedding day, which the relaxed planning process made even more enjoyable. "For me, it's a fairytale! I've pretty much been waiting for this moment since high school!" Giacone added.

Four years ago, the MTV star shared heartbreaking images of the damage caused by Hurricane Ida to his family's home in Louisiana. Despite the significant loss of their house, he expressed immense gratitude for his family's safety.
In a report by The Blast in 2021, Raines shared that a tree fell through their living room on the night of the storm while he, his girlfriend Giacone, and their four-year-old daughter Isla were present.
As the roof caved in, Raines initially feared for their wellbeing. The star explained that he rushed to the couch where his family was situated in a moment of heightened adrenaline.
Clearing away the debris, he discovered his daughter in tears. Quickly, he took her to the hallway bathroom to ensure her safety and comfort. Although a terrifying experience, the star remains thankful that they survived the ordeal together.

Raines recounted more episodes from the harrowing experience in which Giacone also suffered a "blow to the head" from a collapsing ceiling. The incident reportedly knocked her out and left her hand severely injured.
Fortunately, their child remained unharmed. They attempted to call emergency services at one point but could not get through. Raines shared that they waited about five hours before deciding to make the trip to the hospital themselves.
"We drove every route possible but there was no way through the downed trees and power lines anyway we went. We eventually met someone with a chainsaw who was willing to help us. Almost 4 hours later andwe finally were able to cut a path through and make it to the hospital," the reality star recalled.
Once his fiancée received medical care, she was stitched up on her forehead and awaited surgery for her injured hand. The doctors were optimistic about her recovery, estimating it would take about three months if everything went smoothly.
Reflecting on the situation, Raines expressed immense gratitude, noting that had the tree or roof fallen in a different direction, he might have shared a much more tragic story.
Raines and Giacone share a five-year-old daughter, Isla Rose. He also has a four-year-old daughter, Harper London, from his previous relationship with Madison Channing Walls.
