Garner's friends voiced concerns over her health as she's reportedly been worn out from helping others.

Besides showing support during the wildfires, she still had to parent her children, whom she shares with Affleck, and film the second season of her AppleTV+ thriller "The Last Thing He Told Me."

Now her friends have urged her to "relax" amid fears she might suffer burnout, as Affleck is said to be on standby willing to help.

"Jen has been dedicating every waking hour to helping her friends who have lost everything in the fires," a source told the Daily Mail. "She is helping her church, and she has been going non-stop."

They continued, "She needs to take some time to relax, but that is not how Jen is – not when she is passionate about something."

The actress notably volunteered with chef Jose Andres and his World Central Kitchen to provide food for evacuees at various pop-up locations after the ravaging inferno first broke out last month.

Before the wildfire disaster, she had to take on the role of a mediator between Affleck and Lopez early on in their split, and this reportedly took a toll on her.

"The fires came on the heels of Ben's split from JLo, which wore her out, [as she was] playing mediator," the source who spoke to the Daily Mail explained.

"Not having that whole mess to deal with has been a weight lifted. On top of this, she is also raising children and is an incredibly hands-on parent," they added.

It comes barely 2 weeks after Garner took to Instagram to mourn the loss of her church to the ravaging inferno.

The 52-year-old actress also included the picture of a mug with a Christmas tree on the front that was found in the debris of the church auditorium.

"A little moment of light and hope to end the week," she wrote in the caption. "I sent the pastor and music director of my family's church mugs at the holidays. A couple of weeks later, our church, along with the beautiful town surrounding it, was gone. Ross and Zach sifted through the rubble of the church this week, looking for, well, anything."

Garner continued, "Imagine my surprise when I opened this photo - with a note 'We found one thing.'"

"My prayers join the many others for the families and business owners and communities whose lives turned upside down a month ago," she added. "And extend to all of you to enjoy health, safety, and your own moments of light and hope this weekend."

Along with the photo of the mug, Garner also shared a before-and-after shot of what the church had looked like before being razed down by the Pacific Palisades fire.
