Blake Lively's legal drama with Justin Baldoni continues to intensify as the actress filed a new complaint doubling down on her allegations against the actor.
In her latest filing, Lively noted that her children have been affected by the legal battle and that they have been left "traumatized."
According to Blake Lively, her husband, Ryan Reynolds, is also struggling "mentally and physically" due to her feud with her co-star, Justin Baldoni.
Blake Lively Says Her Kids Have Been 'Traumatized' And She Struggles To 'Get Out Of Bed'

In a new complaint filed by the mother of four, she brought up the strain her legal tussle with Baldoni has had on her family, especially her kids, who have allegedly been "traumatized."
According to Page Six, Lively, who filed her complaint in New York federal court on Tuesday, noted that her children James, 10, Inez, 8, Betty, 5, and Olin, 2, have been “emotionally uprooted in ways that have substantially impacted their well-being.”
The actress's husband, Reynolds, is also described as being “affected mentally, physically and professionally by his wife’s and children’s pain.”
In the complaint, Lively also highlights the personal challenges she has faced due to her legal drama, stating that she has “struggled to get out of bed” some days.
“She frequently chooses not to venture outside in public,” the complaint read. “While she has fought to maintain her personal life and business interests, behind closed doors she has suffered from
grief, fear, trauma, and extreme anxiety.”
Lively has also allegedly faced "repeated and painful physical symptoms."
Blake Lively Claims Two Female Co-Stars Will Support Her Allegations Against Justin Baldoni

In Lively's new complaint, she asserted that two of her "It Ends With Us" co-stars, who have not been named, will provide testimony supporting her allegations against him.
The "Gossip Girl" star claimed the two actresses also suffered uncomfortable experiences with Baldoni; however, she refused to name them or share screenshots of texts to protect their privacy.
"Importantly, however, these victim-witnesses have given Ms. Lively permission to share their communications in the Amended Complaint as they are laid out, and they will testify and produce documents in the discovery process," a spokesperson for Lively said, per the Daily Mail.
Justin Baldoni's Lawyer Slams Ryan Reynolds Over His 'SNL50' Joke About His Wife's Case

Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, recently slammed a viral joke Reynolds made on "SNL50" amid reports that he may use it against the actor and his wife, Lively, in court.
“I’m unaware of anybody, frankly, whose wife has been sexually harassed and has made jokes about that type of situation,” the attorney said during an appearance on Hot Mics With Billy Bush, per the Daily Mail. “I can’t think of anyone who’s done anything like that. So it surprised me.”
During the "SNL" event, Reynolds was jokingly asked, "How’s it going?" to which he replied, "Great—why, what have you heard?"
The remark was interpreted by many as a reference to his wife’s ongoing legal battle with Baldoni.
Several social media users also criticized the joke, with many claiming it made light of a serious situation threatening Lively and Baldoni's careers.
The Couple's 'SNL' Outing Could Be Used Against Them In Court

A source recently claimed that Reynolds and Lively's "SNL" outing made it seem like the couple has been "gaslighting" Baldoni all this while.
According to the insider, Reynolds' joke seemed to cast aspersions on Lively's allegation of suffering from grief, extreme anxiety as well as trauma as a result of the fallout of being sexually harassed and defamed by the film director.
They also claim that Baldoni's lawyers will likely wield the joke during court as an Achilles' heel to weaken Lively's accusation.
"This will be used against them," the insider told the Daily Mail about the Hollywood couple.
They added, "This isn't a laughing matter and Blake has been speaking about how traumatic it's all been and how it's affected her mental health but she can still glam up, show up and laugh about it. It's sending mixed messages."
Blake Lively And Justin Baldoni's Legal Drama

The legal feud between Lively and Baldoni has now stretched on for nearly two months, beginning just before Christmas when the actress filed a lawsuit accusing her former co-star of sexual harassment.
Shortly after, the New York Times published an explosive report detailing the allegations, including leaked text messages that seemingly revealed Baldoni's publicists discussing a plan to undermine Lively's credibility.
In response, Baldoni filed a $250 million defamation lawsuit against the publication. In January, the actor escalated matters further by filing a $400 million countersuit against Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds.
The 240-page filing accused the couple of trying to "hijack" the "It Ends With Us" film and manipulating conversations to fit their narrative.
