Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann's Georgia Mansion Finally Sells At $3.25 Million Loss

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann no longer have a house under their names, and that is the best part!

The estranged couple has finally progressed in their contentious divorce battle by successfully selling their Georgia home for good.

The Milton mansion, initially priced at $6 million during the tumultuous divorce in 2023, has finally sold for $2.75 million after a prolonged period of price reductions and the looming threat of an auction. 

The property officially sold over a year after it hit the listing market. The couple initially bought the home for 900k in 2012 and has sold it for nearly triple the price.

The sale also came right in time to help alleviate some of the pressure of their ongoing financial situation. The home was also nearly auctioned off in September, but the day never came.

Kim and Kroy have swerved the home off foreclosure multiple times; hence, TMZ confirmed this sale marks the end of a lengthy and complicated listing process.

The Georgia mansion has witnessed the former couple's periodic bickering and cop-inviting arguments, but it looks like that chapter is now fully closed.

In their usual practice, the couple got into a fight as they moved the rest of their belongings out of the Georgia home. As soon as the process started, The Blast shared accusations of theft and ownership of certain items began to fill the air.

It ultimately led to a confrontation, which had Kroy block Kim's moving truck by parking his car in front of it, leading to an unpleasant verbal exchange. The tension arose from Kroy's claims that Kim had taken items that belonged to him, prompting police involvement.

The former footballer alleged that his former wife stole his laptop and important documents, while she countered by accusing him of taking her iPad and four security cameras.

This incident marked one out of several encounters with law enforcement, including a previous altercation that resulted in one of their children needing to call for police intervention.

Recalling how things went sour in the marriage to the point of calling the cops, Kim's fingers found Kroy's chaotic and problematic history to point at. Kim explained that her last few years with Kroy were filled with "torture" due to his controlling behavior.

She suggested that the issues between them were more serious than what was visible to others, yet she chose not to disclose specific details.

The TV star voiced her desire to protect her children from negative publicity, emphasizing her decision to keep their family's struggles private. Spectators have also blamed the estranged couple for exposing their children to the trauma of their marriage.

In an emotional social media post, Ariana relieved her family's time spent in their luxurious home, showcasing the nearly empty mansion while expressing her heartbreak.

Ariana and her sister Brielle were welcomed into the Biermann family when Kroy adopted them. Kim, Brielle and Ariana's mother, had them from previous relationships before marrying Kroy in 2011. 

Together, they had four additional children: Kroy "KJ" Jagger Jr., Kash Kade, and twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren. Kim and Kroy met in May 2010 at the Dancing with Atlanta Stars charity event.

Their meeting was later shown on season three of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta." The couple tied the knot over a year later at their Roswell, Georgia, home on November 11, 2011.

Ariana's heartfelt house tour continued as she shared moments from her family's Christmas celebrations with fans. Standing in front of a beautifully decorated Christmas tree adorned with a myriad of red and silver ornaments, she revealed a floor scattered with piles of opened presents.

Before moving to the next room, Ariana stressed that she needed a moment to take it all in. She also became emotional in a vibrant bedroom decorated with floral wallpaper and a charming purple bed frame, which she embraced tightly. 

When Ariana was not feeling nostalgic about leaving the home behind during the tour, she enjoyed playful moments with her younger siblings, chasing them around the house. At one point, she gathered them into a heartfelt group hug, her tearful smile capturing the bittersweet nature of the day. 

"Last Christmas in my childhood home. Thank you, God, for the amazing memories with my family - goodbye," she wrote in the caption.
