Tyson is setting the record straight after Paul made a bold claim about his health.

During a recent livestream with influencer Adin Ross, Paul made a controversial statement suggesting that Tyson had been battling Parkinson's disease and had used toad venom to cure it, enabling his return to the ring.

While discussing his use of psychedelic substances, Paul said, "Ayahuasca is really good for your brain as well. And the same with toads. Toad cured Tyson's Parkinson's so that he could come back and fight."

He further explained that toad venom is smoked. However, Tyson's representatives swiftly addressed these claims, telling TMZ that "Mike is happy and perfectly healthy. He doesn't have Parkinson's or any other illness."

Tyson has openly discussed his use of psychedelic substances, including toad venom, for personal healing and transformation.

He credits these experiences with significantly impacting his mental health and overall well-being.

In May 2024, Tyson experienced a severe health scare when he suffered an ulcer flare-up aboard a plane, leading to significant blood loss and necessitating multiple blood transfusions.

He later revealed that he "almost died" during this incident. Despite these challenges, Tyson returned to the ring in November 2024 to fight Paul.

Although he lost the bout, he viewed stepping back into the ring at 58 as a significant achievement.

Despite concerns about his health, Tyson reportedly earned a staggering $20 million for the fight. Over his professional career, he secured 50 victories, suffered seven defeats, and had one draw.

Tyson has been married three times, has seven children, and is presently with Lakiha Spicer. Following his latest fight, she made it clear she doesn't want him stepping back into the ring.

According to the Daily Mail, his son, Amir Tyson, echoed those concerns. In an interview with Seconds Out, he stated, "I think he's done. My stepmom, she's saying he's done, and they're a team. That's husband-and-wife stuff."

However, Amir also admitted that trying to convince his father to retire would be futile.

Speaking to SunSport, he remarked, "That chat would be a waste of time! He is his own man."
