Did Phaedra Parks Throw Shade At The 'Married To Medicine' Cast Before Skipping The Reunion?
By Jacquez Printup on February 14, 2025 at 7:30 PM EST
Phaedra Parks isn't interested in dealing with the ladies of "Married to Medicine" anymore, which is most likely why the reality star skipped the show's reunion taping on February 13, 2025.
Based on fan reaction, Parks' absence surprised some; however, many expected the mother of two to pull this stunt.
Since Bravo announced that Phaedra Parks skipped the "M2M" reunion, the veteran television personality hasn't commented on her decision. However, she may have left a hint about her choice to look at the show in her rearview in a shady Instagram post days before the cast gathered in New York City to discuss their problems.
Phaedra Parks Seemingly Shades Her Cast Mates On Instagram

On the day of the "Married to Medicine" reunion taping, the network shared the seating chart, showcasing where the Bravolebs would sit in relation to host Andy Cohen.
Immediately after posting, faithful Bravo watchers pointed out Parks' absence from the group.
"Phaedra skipping the "M2M" reunion to avoid taking accountability after leaving the cast trip early ... is lame," one user wrote. "She was dead weight on the show and will continue to add nothing to 'RHOA.' She's flopping."
Parks' reasoning for ditching the reunion gathering is still unclear; however, she has been involved in much of the show's drama with her co-stars, especially Dr. Heavenly Kimes.
Throughout the season, Kimes and others have encouraged Parks to open up to the group on a deeper level, only to be repeatedly shot down.
On Instagram, Parks posted a set of new photos showcasing her stylish looks in a gold suit with blonde hair. She also left an interesting caption that seemingly acknowledges all of the conversation she's stirred among the cast.
"I know you're sick of me," she captioned the post. "Unfortunately, there's no medicine for obsession."
Fans assumed the lawyer's words were a direct shot toward her "Married to Medicine" castmates.
"The 'M2M' girls could never," someone wrote in the comment section. "They're in the group chat trying to find something to hate on."
Phaedra Parks Has Beef With Kimes

One of the reasons Parks could've chosen to skip the reunion is her ongoing beef with Kimes.
During the mid-season trailer, watchers could see Parks leaving the cast trip early after having an altercation with her ex-husband, Apollo Nida, who was invited to join by Kimes.
In an earlier episode, viewers heard Parks give Kimes the green light to invite her ex-husband; however, during a later part of the season, Parks' energy seemed to shift.
Parks told producers during a confessional that she wasn't interested in filming with Nida and didn't appreciate his presence, saying, "Some people can be played with, and I'm not one of them."
Kimes addressed the situation on social media during her weekly recaps, warning Parks that she'd be "coming" for her during the reunion." The dentist continued, saying she didn't appreciate the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum framing her to look dishonest.
"I wouldn't have done [that to you]," she said. "I wouldn't have done it to you or nobody else."
Phaedra Parks Does Not Want To Open Up
Throughout the season, Parks also had a tense moment with Toya Bush-Harris.
While eating as a group, Harris attempted to get Parks to share more personal details about her life with the others, like what things make her "tick."
"We all have that moment, so I'm just curious. What's that moment for you? Give me an example," Harris asked Parks.
However, Parks made it clear she wasn't interested in entertaining that sort of discussion.
"Girl, I'm not having this conversation," she responded. "I have great conversations with numerous people in this group."
Other Bravo Stars Who Have Skipped A Reunion

Parks isn't the only Bravo star who has decided to skip a recent reunion.
Karen Huger missed "The Real Housewives of Potomac" season 9 gathering after dealing with a challenging year following her arrest.
Huger's March 2024 run-in with the law for driving under the influence was a major storyline throughout the season.
She maintained her innocence throughout the batch of episodes; however, in December 2024, she was found guilty on multiple charges.
The news of her absence at the reunion came moments after shocking body camera footage of her arrest, which showed the Maryland personality swaying, slurring, and cursing at police officers, was released.
Later, Huger's representative revealed that she had checked herself into a rehab center to focus on her well-being.
Huger's Cast Mates Seemingly Turn On Her At The Reunion
Based on the trailer for the "RHOP" reunion, Huger's castmates didn't hold back on sharing their feelings about the reality star and her arrest for driving under the influence.
Throughout the clip, several of the women, including Wendy Osefo, Gizelle Bryant, and Ashley Darby, discussed the verdict, body camera footage, and Huger's potential jail sentence with Cohen.
"Having seen that, it all adds up. And I can confidently say—that is not my friend," Osefo said.
In another scene, the group shared how they believed Huger would do in jail, saying, "Terrible" and "Not well."
The first part of the "Potomac" reunion will air on February 16, 2025, and will focus on Huger's case, marital statuses among the cast, and so much more.
