Chevy Chase Rips Heckler During 'Caddyshack' Event: 'Jane, You Ignorant Slut!'

Chevy Chase sat down with fans to answer questions and reminisce about the movie that helped launch him into stardom, "Caddyshack," but during the event he was heckled so bad by a woman he lashed out by calling her an, "ignorant slut."

The event, "Chevy Chase Presents Caddyshack,” went down at The Borgata in Atlantic City over the weekend, and after a screening of the movie, Chevy came on stage with a moderator to chat about the film and answer questions.

But, while speaking on stage, a woman in the audience starting heckling him loudly saying, “you’re boring!”

Witnesses tell us, people were confused as the woman made her way closer to the stage saying “Chevy Chase my childhood hero. The hilarious Chevy Chase. This isn’t funny this is boring...what is this?”

The Blast

At this point, the comedian asks her to please sit down so he can finish, and the actor and the moderator then call for security to take her out.

We've obtained video of the incident, where during the heckling you hear a guy in the audience yell "Jane you ignorant slut.” It is a obvious nod to the controversial SNL sketch with Jane Curtin and Dan Aykroyd, but shockingly Chevy repeats it to the woman yelling at her, "Jane you ignorant slut!"

The heckler continued on her rant, and the moderator says I wish you would stop being so stupid right now.

Eventually, security escorts the woman out of the audience and Chase finishes his Q & A with the he audience. Cheers can be heard as they lead the woman out of the event.

The crowd continued to be a bit rowdy as one person asked if he had slept with Cindy Morgan. Chevy is able to move past the question joking that he did, then says no he’s not answering that question.

At the end, Chase seems to forget the problems earlier in the set, and says how wonderful it was the be there and how he loves seeing his fans.

He ended by saying “This does a lot for me. Being with people. You don’t get see your “ fans when you’re making movies. So to do this is such a treat. With real people, funny people. Thank you very much.”

Its unclear at this point if the woman was ejected from the property or just the show.
