Amid his ongoing legal troubles, Diddy is facing a new sexual assault lawsuit as a man, who decided to file anonymously, alleged that he orally raped him and sexually assaulted him anally after spiking his drink.

In the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, the John Doe claimed that he was singing and performing with his guitar on the streets outside a popular L.A. nightclub when a man claiming to be a talent scout for the rapper walked up to him and invited him to a Diddy party.

The accuser shared that he was driven to a private home where he met Diddy, who then invited him to share a drink and discuss his music aspirations.

The alleged victim noted that he complimented the Bad Boy Records founder's necklace afterward, and Diddy asked if he wanted to see more of his jewelry collection.

The man explained that he was taken to a private room and started feeling drowsy and off balance, even though he'd only had one drink.

He claimed that there was no jewelry in the room, only for Diddy to ask him if he has "ever sucked a d-ck before?"

John Doe said he told the "Finna Get Loose" rapper, "No," and Diddy responded, "You should try it," while exposing his penis.

The accuser went on to claim in his lawsuit that Diddy forced him to perform oral sex by grabbing his face and forcefully inserting his penis into his mouth.

John Doe noted that he was all the more incapacitated from the effects of the drug he'd been given, and Diddy undressed him and assaulted him anally before leaving the room.

When he woke up in the morning, he explained that someone was on to give him an IV and was later driven to the nightclub, never to hear from Diddy again.

In the lawsuit, filed by Texas lawyer Tony Buzbee, the man claims he's suffered pain, mental anguish, emotional torment, humiliation, and shame as a result and is suing Diddy for damages.

According to TMZ, Diddy's lawyers have responded to the claims made by the new alleged victim, maintaining their previous stance that the "Bad Boy For Life" rapper is innocent of all allegations.

"As we've said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false," Diddy's attorneys shared.

They added, "Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone -- man or woman, adult or minor."

In an earlier post, the "Donda" rapper called on President Donald Trump to "free" his "brother Puff," while also claiming in another that racism is the reason why the hip hop mogul is being targeted.

West also teased a collaboration with Diddy's Sean John brand, writing, "I'm selling the Sean John collaboration that me and my brother spoke about before they locked him up we splitting the profits 50/50."

He then clarified his comments after realizing Diddy "is not allowed to make or collect money while he's locked up." Instead, West said he would send Diddy's half of the profits to his son Justin Combs.
