Tom Brady Breaks Silence About 'Love' After News Of Ex-Wife Gisele Bündchen's Childbirth

The retired NFL superstar, who has been on social media silence since his ex-wife welcomed another child, reshared a post from another Instagram user on his stories. The words resonated with Brady, who heartily approved the message.

Tom Brady welcomed two children with his former spouse, Gisele Bündchen, during their 13-year marriage. He has an older son from a previous relationship, while his ex welcomed a new baby with her lover, Joaquim Valente.

The original post, shared by @larissa_raymond, featured the author's poetic musings about relationships. It began: "I really think the secret to being loved is to love. And the secret to being interesting is to be interested."

"And the secret to have others find beauty in you is to find beauty in others. And the secret to having a friend is being a friend," the post concluded. Brady reacted to the message by dropping three red heart emojis and the comment, "Love this."

His post comes a day after The Blast reported that Bündchen had welcomed her third child with her boyfriend. "Gisele and Joaquim are happy for this new chapter in their life, and they're looking forward to creating a peaceful and loving environment for the whole family," a source shared.

Before Bündchen and Valente welcomed their child, a source claimed the couple would not head down the aisle "anytime soon." They alleged the duo opted to "live together for now," noting marriage was a complicated bridge they weren't ready to cross.

"There is a huge difference between them net-worth wise. There is no point in tempting fate as far as Giselle is concerned," the insider explained. Bündchen and Valente reportedly met in December 2021 but did not spark dating rumors until late 2022.

The pair initially denied being romantically linked, with Bündchen claiming she had a platonic bond with the jiu-jitsu instructor. However, sources revealed she and Valente became an item sometime in June 2023, and were "deeply in love."

Following news of Bündchen's pregnancy late last year, a source alleged that Brady did not take the announcement well. "Finding out Gisele was pregnant stung. Tom had to get out his feelings about it, and he did it in his own time," they claimed, adding:

"There's not a lot of people who see the Tom behind closed doors, but those that do could see he was upset. It was a hard pill to swallow. It was never something he ever thought was going to happen."

Despite Brady allegedly feeling blue about Bündchen's pregnancy, the insider stressed that he wished for her well-being and cared for her as the mother of two of his three children. "He has to move on, and with her pregnant, she has definitely moved on, so he can't be upset about it anymore," they noted.

Brady's alleged reaction to Bündchen's pregnancy might have something to do with the former couple's desire to expand their family before their divorce. A source noted they wished to have a third child following the birth of their son Benjamin and a daughter named Vivian.

"Gisele and Tom were open to having another child during their marriage. But it wasn't something they were actively trying to do," the insider shared. Although he failed to give his children a younger sibling with Bündchen, Brady was reportedly ready to accept his ex-wife's third child.

"Back in the day when they started to fall in love, she accepted and loved his son that he already had, so he is going to give the same respect to her future child," a source previously claimed.

Last month, The Blast shared that Brady might break Miami home sale records with his waterfront estate on Florida's Indian Creek Island. Sources claimed the luxurious mansion was privately shown to a select group of potential buyers, and offers had exceeded $150 million.

If the home were sold for that price, it would beat Ken Griffin's record of purchasing  Coconut Grove estate for $107 million in 2022. Brady's property featured a custom-built two-story waterfront residence with luxuries like a separate gym and cabana.

As for Brady's future plans, it was unclear where the retired athlete would call home following his divorce from Bündchen. He previously expressed an interest in returning to the West Coast, where he grew up, and has reportedly been renovating a 14,000-square-foot estate in Brentwood, California.
