Hailey Bieber Asked Why She's Pumping Weights In Skimpy Underwear

Hailey Bieber faced backlash from her own Instagram followers last month, when she went sporty for a Rhode shoot promoting her skincare brand. Showing off her supermodel figure, the 28-year-old rocked tight undies and a cropped sweater, flashing her abs and long legs while posing with two dumbbells. Users seemed keen on Rhode getting some promo, but some of the most-liked comments sparked debate, namely from one fan asking how the photo was relevant to the product. Hailey made 2022 headlines for launching her brand, quickly seeing it become a cult one.

Standing on tip-toe and with one leg energetically hiked up, the wife to singer Justin Bieber wore a full pair of white briefs, peeping her abs thanks to space between it and a fuzzy cropped sweater.

Rocking a turtleneck, Hailey added pops of pink from the two heavy-duty dumbbells she was toting, holding one in each hand as she reminded fans of her workout edge. Delivering some side eye as she let her hair swish around her face a little, Hailey just about showed her snaking strappy white heels over her socks, posing by a pink Rhode sign and writing: "Just a girl who needs her Peptide Lip Shape our new @rhode lip contour. Available 1/30."

The Instagram post may have earned over 2 million likes, but it didn't come without drama. Over 200 users agreed when one fan asked: "What do the weights have to do with anything?"

"I don't understand it either," another replied. That said, one fan thought that they had the answer. "The name of her lip products are named after gym workouts. For example, twist, bend etc.," they stated. Meanwhile, over 600 fans liked a reply that pretty much said the same thing.

"I'm not sure about your marketing girl! Is it about sport or your lip pencil...do better next time," the user harshly wrote. Hailey is known for her off-beat and girly Rhode promos, which have also included Krispy Kreme donuts in the past. She has, however, been slammed before while going bikini-clad to plug her company, with fans once again saying that a swimwear shoot had nothing to do with a skincare brand.

Lounging around from a luxurious ocean space, the A-lister wowed in a plunging red bikini, going eye-popping with a cleavage flash while displaying her toned figure.
