Porsha William's estranged husband, Simon Guobadia, has filed an amended lawsuit against her following "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" Season 16's trailer release.
Bravo released the new season trailer of "RHOA" on Thursday, with one part showing Porsha and her mom, Diane T. Williams, engaging in a conversation.
Guobadia shared posts on Instagram insinuating that his ex and her mother were talking about him in that part of the trailer.

On Friday, Guobadia filed an amended lawsuit against Porsha after his initial lawsuit against her in November 2024.
In the new lawsuit, which The Shade Room obtained a copy of, Guobadia states that Porsha could potentially make more defamatory statements about him in the latest season of "RHOA."
A part of the amended suit reads, "Defendant is likely to continue disseminating defamatory and misleading statements about Plaintiff, especially in relation to her involvement in the upcoming season of 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' according to promotional material that has already been released."

In addition to the amended defamation lawsuit, Guobadia also shared a screenshot from the "RHOA" trailer that showed Diane and Porsha talking about "frauding and scamming."
He also shared a message that read, "RHOA Season 16 is going to be so much fun exposing this family."
The message continued, "Let's head back to Costa Rica mom and see who is 'defrauding and scamming' (will make receipts available, publicly)."
In the post's caption, Guobadia wrote, "I keep trying to avoid this ungrateful family like a plague but they keep coming back!"
Guobadia continued his onslaught against the Williams family, writing, "My name is NOT Cordell Stewart; I fight back with FACTS! You can bet on it—the real fraudsters will be exposed. Looks like the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree after all."
He concluded, " The audacity of this family is truly unbelievable. Call your lawyers and find the quickest exit from this catastrophic narratives you keep coming up with, it will continue to be costly to all parties concerned. SMDH."

In another post, Guobadia targeted Bravo, who he called "reckless" for "actively enabling" a narrative against him.
He wrote in a statement, "And here comes Bravo (a subsidiary of Comcast/NBC Universal), actively enabling and supporting a narrative that's legally shielded by a prenup confidentiality clause. How reckless for $167 billion enterprise. SMDH."
In the post's caption, Guobadia had another message for Bravo, writing, "You should have asked her for a copy of her prenup—now we all look collectively foolish."
Guobadia Files Defamation Lawsuit Against Porsha Williams
Simon Guobadia's amended lawsuit against Porsha follows an initial defamation suit he filed against her in November 2024.
TMZ obtained court documents in which the Nigerian-born businessman alleged that Porsha made "false and defamatory" comments about his genitalia in several Instagram posts.
In the Instagram Stories post Guobadia referred to, Porsha never mentioned his name specifically. However, he claimed her messages subjected him to public ridicule since she shared them amid their ongoing divorce.
In July, Porsha reposted several posts on her Instagram Stories that contained information for people who needed help with erectile dysfunction. The reality TV star captioned the posts, "#menshealthawareness."
Guobadia And Porsha Williams' Divorce
Porsha and Simon Guobadia's whirlwind romance ended in February 2024. The "RHOA" star officially filed for divorce from the businessman after just 15 months of marriage.
The former couple's split came amid rumors about Guobadia's citizenship, though an insider told PEOPLE that their divorce was "unrelated to recent allegations involving Simon's past."
The source added that their split was caused by an "ongoing matter."
Fans first saw Porsha, 42, and Simon, 59, cross paths on the Bravo show while he was still married to her former co-star, Falynn Guobadia. However, their relationship took a turn in April 2021 when Guobadia and Falynn split—the same month he and Porsha went public with their romance.
Despite critics questioning how fast things moved, Porsha defended their love, saying, "Yes, we are crazy in love… I choose happiness every morning and every night."
The couple made things official in November 2022, tying the knot in a lavish Nigerian ceremony, followed by a second, more traditional American wedding.
