Kanye West's Ex-Assistant Moves For Sanctions For Ignoring Sexual Assault Lawsuit

Kanye 'Ye' West's former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, wants him to face the music for ignoring her sexual assault lawsuit.

The rapper's former employee has requested that he and his company be sanctioned for failing to acknowledge the lawsuit he was served.

Kanye West's former personal assistant accused him of sexual assault and other offenses in a lawsuit filed on October 8, 2024, in Los Angeles Superior Court. 

Pisciotta is seeking $2,100 in sanctions against Ye's companies for not responding to the lawsuit after she served them with legal paperwork and struggled to locate the musician.

She noted they didn't provide the requested documents, which included any payments to her, employee handbooks, emails related to her, and text messages exchanged between Ye and herself.

The former assistant stated that her lawsuit primarily involves sexual assault, false imprisonment, sexual harassment, fraud, and broken promises, as well as the failure to pay all wages due by Ye.

In Touch reported that she also accused the rapper of wrongfully terminating her from her job. Pisciotta added that Ye "parades around and acts as if he is immune from the law/accountability for his criminal and quasi-criminal actions."

In the lawsuit filed last year, Pisciotta claimed the rapper employed her services in July 2021 and promised her an annual payment of $1 million if she made herself available round the clock.

She added that the producer was also fully aware of her other job as an OnlyFans model, adding that he even bragged about it on several occasions.

The rapper, however, began mounting pressure on her to delete her account as she needed to be more "god-like." Ye's promised to pay her $1 million if she took down the account- a deal Pisciotta agreed to. Her suit described the erratic behavior of the designer, stating:

"Never knowing which side of [Ye] [Lauren] was going to get, there would be small windows when he was not being abusive, that [Ye] would acknowledge and express his appreciation for [Lauren]. [Ye] did so with what seems to be a genuine Birthday message to [Lauren]."

Pisciotta noted that Ye returned to his tantrums, inappropriate demands, and manipulation the day after the birthday text.

The former staff added that during her time working with Ye, he explicitly expressed his desire for sexual relations with her. Her attorney stated that Pisciotta was not inclined to his demands and expressed that openly to [Ye].

She added that Ye even suggested the idea of a 'threesome' involving him and another person to her. The rapper did not stop there; he allegedly got sexually inappropriate over text messages, too. One alleged text read:

"I have a serious question. Be honest with me … is my d–k racist? Is it. This f–king racist d–k of mine. I going to beat this f–king racist d–k for being f–king racist. I'm going to stare at pictures of white women with black a–es and beat the s–t out of my racist d–k."

Another alleged message from Ye read, "I just thinking back to the bowling alley thinking of what the headline could have been. Ye arrested for f–king the s–t out of his assistant on the bowling alley floor."

Pisciotta's attorney emphasized that the message was offensive as it implied that she both wanted and had sex with Ye despite her not wanting to and never having done so.

The accusations did not stop at Ye's desk. The rapper's wife and Yeezy's former architect were also named in Pisciotta's lawsuit.

The Blast shared that Pisciotta identified Censori as his "on-call sex party participant/employee" during his numerous sex parties, usually hosted at high-end hotels. 

Censori reportedly showed interest in the parties and consensually engaged in "twisted and bizarre sexual behavior, fantasy, and foreplay" desired by Ye.

The former employee continued that he also used Yeezy offices as a "sexual playground," where he often engages in sexual activities with his target, claiming that the act made him "feel powerful and secure."

Pisciotta noted that he ordered his employees to create temporary bedrooms in a private room or closet. The rooms allegedly contained mattresses on the floor, pillows, and blankets, which he used for his random, spontaneous sexual meetings.

As if Pisciotta's woes were not enough for Ye, another plaintiff dragged the rapper to court again over an incident that occurred on a music video set. The "America's Next Top Model" contestant claimed that the singer choked and gagged her till she became unconscious on set.

The model claimed Ye made the "In For the Kill" music video resemble a porn scene, stating it felt more like a "pornographic gagging/deep throat/BDSM fetishes" shoot than a music video.

An recalled that many girls were present on set, but Ye specifically requested her. Noting his words, the model wrote, "Give me the Asian girl," and sat on a chair, instructing the director to focus on her.

She claims in the document that the director "smothered" her face with his hands and "rammed several fingers down her throat, continuously moved them in and out, and gagged her to emulate forced oral sex."

No word from the judge on Lauren Pisciotta's request for Kanye 'Ye' West's sanction yet!
