Brittany Mahomes didn’t hold back when addressing Buffalo Bills fans after their “disgusting” taunt aimed at her husband, Patrick Mahomes, following the Kansas City Chiefs’ nail-biting AFC Championship win on Sunday night.

The Chiefs are now marching toward history with a shot at their third consecutive Super Bowl appearance after defeating the Bills 32-29. They will face the Philadelphia Eagles on February 9, following the Eagles' dominant 55-23 win over the Washington Commanders earlier that day.

Following the win, Brittany Mahomes took to Instagram to call out a particularly tasteless display that resurfaced after the game.

Mahomes’ ability to outduel Bills quarterback Josh Allen proved crucial. Allen, a leading contender for the league MVP, completed 22 of 34 passes for 237 yards and two touchdowns. Despite his strong showing, Buffalo’s inability to convert key plays ultimately tilted the game in Kansas City’s favor.

The Chiefs’ defense came up big when it mattered most, particularly in stopping Allen’s quarterback sneaks at critical junctures. Kansas City’s efficiency on third down (5-of-9) and their success on fourth down (1-of-1) also proved pivotal, while Buffalo struggled in comparison, converting just 5-of-14 third downs and 4-of-6 fourth-down attempts.

The game showcased standout performances from Bills players Josh Allen, James Cook, Mack Hollins, and Jordan Phillips, but their efforts weren’t enough to overcome Kansas City’s determination and firepower.
