According to insiders who spoke with Page Six, not only is Miley Cyrus concerned, but Noah Cyrus is also worried, expressing that she loves Billy Ray “unconditionally” and “wants the best for him.”
The Liberty Ball performance, held in Washington, D.C., quickly became a topic of concern and controversy. Billy Ray appeared disheveled as he struggled through his brief set, which he later blamed on technical difficulties. Midway through his performance of “Achy Breaky Heart,” Cyrus faced issues with his guitar.
“I don’t hear it? Do y’all hear it?” he asked the audience before turning to the crew. “Is anyone back there? Can somebody turn my guitar back on? We’re going to sing a bit more.”

Frustration mounted as the issues persisted, leading Cyrus to quip, “Y’all want me to sing more, or you just want me to get the hell off the stage? I don’t give a damn.” A crew member eventually addressed the issue, allowing him to resume his performance.
Despite his efforts to engage the crowd, including a humorous nod to the event’s host by saying, “When you have technical difficulties, you got to just keep going. Or, as President Trump would say, you got to fight!” the performance drew widespread criticism.

Inside Noah Cyrus' Relationship With Billy Ray
Noah Cyrus, the youngest of Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus’s children, has openly expressed her deep love and close connection with her father. However, their relationship hasn’t been without its hurdles, shaped by family dynamics and personal challenges.
Growing up in a home filled with music, Noah was greatly influenced by Billy Ray’s career as a country music icon. She has often credited him as a key inspiration behind her own journey into music. From a young age, Noah was immersed in the entertainment world, frequently accompanying her father to events and performances.
Despite their close bond, the Cyrus family has weathered its share of publicized challenges, including Billy Ray and Tish’s on-again, off-again divorce proceedings, which reportedly caused friction among the siblings.

Noah has also been candid about her mental health struggles and feelings of self-worth, themes she often explores in her music. In some interviews, she has spoken about the difficulty of growing up in the shadow of her famous family members, including her father, Miley, and Trace.
In 2020, the singer took to Instagram to share an honest message with her fans while marking the two-year anniversary of her debut EP, "Good Cry," which was inspired by her struggles with depression and anxiety.
"Putting this EP out and going on tour during one of the most depressive times in my life was so hard," she wrote. "Every day felt like lifting 100lb weights just to get out of bed. The ache in my chest from the pain felt unbearable."
"At 18 I didn't think I was going to be here for a 20th birthday, soon to be 21. They felt 1000 years away. It seems impossible... I was so sad. So hurt. And so scared," she continued. "Thank you to everyone that's been by my side during all of my progression and the times where it felt like I was regressing."
