Kim Zolciak Slams Kroy Biermann With Another Theft Claim In Never-Ending Messy Battle

In the latest chapter of this messy breakup, Zolciak has leveled a serious accusation against her estranged husband — stealing her prescription medication. This is not the first time Zolciak has claimed Biermann has taken things that belong to her without permission. 

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have been locking horns for over a year as their divorce process continues to get prolonged.

The holidays were anything but merry and bright for Zolciak and her estranged husband. The former reality TV couple, locked in a messy divorce, found themselves at odds yet again—this time with law enforcement involved.

Zolciak called the police to their Georgia home on Christmas Day, alleging that Biermann had stolen prescription medications worth over $1,500. She claimed Biermann broke into her private storage space to swipe the meds.

The bizarre twist? Despite their divorce battle, the two still lived under the same roof during the incident, in the middle of packing up and moving out of their shared home. 

Tensions were boiling over, and the holiday season only amplified the chaos. According to TMZ, which obtained body cam footage from the police, Zolciak can be seen recounting the alleged theft to officers. 

Zolciak's recent claim is not the first time she has accused Biermann of taking her belongings without consent.

The reality TV star previously accused the former athlete of taking "hundreds of thousands of dollars" worth of her luxury items, including expensive jewelry and designer handbags.

The Blast reported that Zolciak, accompanied by an unidentified friend, visited a police station last January to report the alleged theft formally. 

Despite her efforts, the accusations seemed to fall flat, with insiders later confirming that no progress had been made and the missing items remained unaccounted for.

Zolciak's divorce drama with Biermann just took a jaw-dropping turn when body cam footage revealed the star informing police about her missing luxury items, which she says first vanished in May 2023.

The mother-of-six told officers she repeatedly asked for her belongings back, only to discover they were allegedly locked in a safe she could not access. As reported by PageSix, police initially intervened, convincing Biermann to return smaller items like medications and a comforter. 

But the more valuable pieces—diamond jewelry, high-end purses, and a watch—were reportedly missing when she eventually got into the safe.

In the video, Zolciak claimed a jeweler even sent her photos on Instagram, stating, "I love your bracelets. I'm so thankful." The 46-year-old also claimed Biermann allegedly made up to $25,000 selling her things.

After several emotional back-and-forths, the estranged couple finally got a court date to finalize their split. The Blast reported that their journey began in May 2023 when the initial divorce paperwork was filed.

However, the case took an unexpected turn in September 2023, with Zolciak requesting the dismissal of the filing, claiming they were still living together under the same roof.

Despite brief hopes of reconciliation, Biermann filed new paperwork two months later, declaring their marriage irreparable and seeking sole custody of their four children.

In response, Zolciak counter-filed in October, requesting primary physical and joint legal custody.

The pair were set to face off in Fulton County Superior Court on November 5 and 6, where they would hash out custody and property disputes, finally putting their rocky romance behind them.

Just when fans thought Zolciak and Biermann were over, their turbulent relationship took another surprising turn. After Zolciak filed for divorce, Biermann was spotted supporting her during a vaginal rejuvenation surgery in Los Angeles, sparking confusion about their status.

It was revealed that the couple even celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary in November 2023. The TV personality even shared clips of their intimate dinner on Instagram, but the harmony did not last.

Just a month later, police were called to their home following a verbal domestic dispute. In the bodycam footage, Biermann accused Zolciak of infidelity, while she vehemently denied the claims, calling them "false, baseless and slanderous."
