Kyle Richards' estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky's father, Eduardo Umansky, has found himself in the middle of a domestic abuse allegation.

The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star's father-in-law allegedly abused his former romantic partner, prompting her to request a restraining order against him.

Mauricio Umansky's dad's case comes amid the realtor and his company being accused of collecting millions of dollars in unnecessary loans during the pandemic in 2020.

Kyle Richards' Father-In-Law's Former Girlfriend Claims He 'Physically Abused' Her

The alleged victim, Simin Tabibnia, submitted a petition for an "elder dependent adult abuse restraining order."

The 68-year-old referred to Eduardo as her "ex-boyfriend," as she insisted the court order him to stay at least 100 yards away from her premises. Simin accused Eduardo of abusing her on December 4, 2024.

She stated: "I am afraid of [Eduardo]," adding that she was in an 18-year relationship with the 81-year-old during which she experienced several abuses.

"During that time, I endured ongoing physical, verbal, and emotional abuse. I now fear for my safety due to [Eduardo's] actions," Simin explained.

She claimed Eduardo has "physically abused me on multiple occasions, resulting in injuries." He also reportedly punched her in the face and arms, struck her in the legs, shoved her to the ground, and choked her.

In Touch confirmed that Simin attached photos of her alleged injuries to her petition as evidence and declared: "These incidents have left me not only physically injured but also emotionally injured."

Simin Tabibnia Blams The 81-Year-Old's Family Members For Setting Him Off The Edge

In her petition, she noted that Eduardo often became upset after speaking with his daughter, Sharon Umansky Benton, over the phone. Simin explained that she bears the brunt of his aggressions, in addition to a series of abusive traits he had displayed in the past.

She added that Eduardo "has a long history of verbal abuse, frequently using demeaning and profane language toward me in public and in front of others. He has repeatedly told me to 'shut the f— up,' among other degrading remarks."

Simin argued in her new petition that she believed Eduardo's abusive behavior would stop after Sharon filed a separate "elder abuse" restraining order against her on behalf of Eduardo in October 2024.

In the petition filed by Sharon, Simin was tagged as the "abusive" girlfriend of Eduardo. According to Sharon, they noticed signs of abuse around 10 years ago, "but it was difficult to understand exactly what was happening. Around August or September 2022 was when things began to escalate."

Sharon noted that Eduardo began having bloody arms and bruises, as Simin would hurt him when he would grab her arms, proceed to bruise him, and then threaten to send him to jail for abuse.

"As his daughter, I am trying to protect him from living out the rest of his life under duress," Sharon claimed. She also accused Simin of being verbally abusive to her father at the office, where they worked together, but mostly at home.

The Umansky family is no stranger to multiple court cases, as Mauricio rounded up his 2024 with allegations from a plaintiff, Relator LLC.

In a report by The Blast, the court moved to unseal Relator LLC's allegations in August 2024, revealing that the company had first filed the petition in July 2023.

The documents accused Umansky, his business partner William "Billy" Rose, and their real estate company, The Agency, of conspiring to embezzle loans earmarked to help failing businesses.

"This is a case about greed during a national health emergency," Relator LLC established in the filing. The accuser explained that Mauricio had applied to receive two Payroll Protection Program (PPP) and CARES Act loans during the COVID-19 pandemic via his real estate company, The Agency.

Relator LLC stressed that the loan schemes were not created to "bolster or preserve the profits of a business that had sufficient funds available to pay its employees."

It clarified that the financial aid initiative was, instead, established to sustain the employment of workers by businesses that could not pay for their services

Mauricio And His Company Were Slammed For Trying To Set Aside The Legal Case

The company accused Mauricio and his company of attempting to dismiss his federal lawsuit, as they insisted the case must be pursued to the end to grant justice to everyone involved.

The lawyer also accused the real estate broker and his company of deviating from the actual situation and claiming that "the [first amended complaint] contains insufficient allegations – not on the facts alleged – but only on how [Relator LLC] came to realize the facts."

The company's lawyer argued that the "defendants' entire motion is based not on the assertion that Plaintiff is wrong, but rather that [Relator LLC] does not have direct knowledge of the fraud."

Relator LLC insisted that Mauricio and The Agency had no reason to request and acquire such a huge loan after his real estate company recorded huge profits and impressive turnovers during the pandemic. The lawyer for Relator LLC added:

"Given that Holdco's subsidiaries Umro and The Agency had booming business of $6 billion of sales in 2020 and $6.5 billion in sales in 2021, Defendants' threshold for economic necessity is a high bar that they cannot overcome on a motion to dismiss."

In response to the strong allegations, Mauricio, through his attorney, stated that Relator LLC was making ill thought claims about him and his real estate company. He described his real estate company as a "third party corporation formed by lawyers for a single purpose — to 'whistle blow.'"

He continued that the corporation was only coming for establishments and businesses it had no relation with, including his real estate firm.

In his argument, Mauricio explained that: "Relator makes the specious claim that Defendants falsified information and certifications on its applications for Paycheck Protection Program ('PPP') loans in 2020 and 2021 through guesswork, speculation, and contrived facts."

He termed Relator's allegations as fabricated facts, noting that the company "is in no way connected to Defendants: Relator was not previously employed by Defendants, nor is it otherwise affiliated with Defendants."

He concluded that the company cannot "ascertain or know firsthand the facts surrounding The Agency's application for PPP loans in the shadow of the COVID-19 global pandemic due to their questionable proximity to the case."
